This has been and still is such a piece of crap for many years now. Don’t even know what they do anymore since i bought it years ago. Such a waste. Will sell it and take a tax loss. Time to give up on one of my bigger losses over the years.
Is this ever going to do anything? A company report of what its doing as an example. Pathetic
Since Oculus said and I paraphrase, Not be a money making entity for the distant future.
Why would I put any money into this when they admit they won’t be a revenue maker till who knows when? Now thats advertising.
I bought this hoping it would be sooner than later when it ran a while ago. Now that I have been told it will be later, I wouldn’t put anything into Oculus because In my opinion think it will be dropping. Whats a small company worth that is losing over 400k every few months? I will wait until they announce they are moving forward in earnings, not buy on their own predictions admitting more losses expected. They are as much as telling the world expect our share price to drop. GLTU
I see why nobody’s excited about this now. That was a very lame Quarterly Report that all but said has a probability failure.
To date, we have not achieved profitability and expect to incur substantial losses for the foreseeable future. Our net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2021 was $483,741, compared with a net loss of $84,417 for the comparative period.
This ticker going DOWWN !!!!
Nobody’s excited about the direction of Oculus.
They certainly aren’t giving much reason to be excited about them . The share sales and share price is getting lower.
Up 38% for the day . Thats a win. I guess yesterday’s announcement brought some brought us some excitement. Lets see what tomorrow brings
I've averaged so far down at this point, I'm good ;0
There is one person that I know owns 80% of the shares in this company
He will sell portions on any move up
Watch out!
it's been on a slow move up again!!... don't miss the train!!
nice little run here!!1 :)
they halted this today???
that's what I was thinking... I just got in actually... pretty heavy now..
Has this company ever done a Reverse Structure? Thinking of investing looking up info see how ligit it is?
I'm in! Q-1, 2021 is going to be huge for Oculus... And I'm thinking that we'll experience a ramp-up before that 3 month time frame.
Is patent news the catalyst here? $OVTZ
Hopefully we will see more higher volume of trades

Made my money and it crashed like always....but this time I wonder if it gonna be different after all these FORMs 4 were filed
Does any body know any thing about this stock !!
heavy action, but not much talking on the board, could the action be a result of FB purchased Oculus VR ?
poor USVO. Ed's finally run out of shares to issue to himself?
Been out of this for years. It was my only 100 bagger, sort of ,as I only sold some when it was at $10.30, then bought half back. then never sold the rest till .25 years later.

Now what USVO needs is a contract with NFLX and Hula to safe guard their video streaming. USVO was first to do that back in the early 90's but the bandwidth was not there yet. Had FCC approval, studio content and set top box makers lined up. Videoyellowpages was one of the names. Just too early and the judge mooted their patent since everyone else was tinkering with it. Their media sentinel seems like a good product for such things if it's still to get in on the action. Should get a pr one of these years...yawn...
Heavy accumulation for 6 months+. Any reason? Their VoD patent must be expired and only FOX seems to be using their anti-piracy software...if I read it right.

NIANTIC, CONNECTICUT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/19/09 --
USA Video Interactive Corporation (NASDAQ: USVO)(OTCBB: USVO)(TSX VENTURE: US)(BERLIN: USF)(FRANKFURT: USF) today announced that based on the success of the customized deployment of its proprietary watermarking technology to Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC (FOX) over the past year, the company has finalized negotiations to renew and expand the original contract between the two companies. After a year of customization and evaluation, FOX has acknowledged USA Video's watermarking technology to be a key component in identification and enforcement of video content, and plans to continue to utilize and expand the deployment of USA Video's MediaEscort and SmartMarks products within a number of FOX divisions, including FOX's international division.
"We've been very pleased with USA Video's watermarking technology and the company's continued build-outs and customizations in support of our many and varied needs," said Heather Field, Executive Director Information Technologies. "We've had experience using SmartMarks to assert our rights with good result. We have renegotiated and expanded our original contract, and look forward to incorporating new deployments within a number of our divisions, including international."
Per the announced terms of this contract, USA Video shall be compensated by FOX for the time, effort, and resources expended in developing, at FOX's request, specific and customized uses of the technologies, for continued deployment to the referenced FOX divisions.
"We believe that programs focused on enabling transactions with the security for enforcement rather than prevention offer the greatest path to growing revenue for content owners in today's digital distribution markets," said Edwin Molina, USA Video President and CEO. MediaEscort(TM) / Technical details:
In MediaEscort 1.2, this process was integrated with the DRM encoding module itself. Although the current mechanism allows for efficient processing of the video content ready for consumer distribution, it has certain drawbacks. Each license provider presents a unique way to register or activate the content. This limits the choices for the content owner to easily switch between license providers for various business/technical reasons. MediaEscort 1.5 eliminates this problem seamlessly.
Building on the infrastructure of the ME core, the license activation of the watermarked content is moved into its own process pipeline. This allows for the same administration module to configure the license activation process, which eventually is controlled by the monitor component in a completely seamless way. The process parameters for the activation can be configured for different license providers only once and then this configuration can be attached to any DRM pipeline with the full capability to switch between different providers online. Also, depending on the license provider's requirements, alternate configurations with different process parameters can be created and similarly attached to the same DRM pipeline, retaining the full capability for switching between them online.
This enhancement takes MediaEscort's already powerful infrastructure to a new level, fully capable to serve the changing business needs.
