Turner stated the company was insolvent but I don't believe there is anything to liquidate.

There isn't any Bankruptcy and it would be under Chapter 15 if there was a Bankruptcy and it would be filed in Delaware.

I still believe that one could/should file for custodianship and take control - you could request the court to cancel all of the Preferred shares and start fresh.

I co-founded two PubCos and took one to Nasdaq and with both did really well. I believe that OWCP has enough gravitas and loyal shareholders to for it to do really well if someone brought in a real company.

Stay away from being a weed ticker.

I just sent my claim forms in, with documentation of purchases of OWCP within the time frame they listed. I had around 30,500.00 in purchases during that period, and no sales during that same time frame. I would love to recover some or all of my losses from this stock. I guess we'll wait and see what happens.

They are not buying back the stock from you. Just giving you some relief on your purchase price because the piano man fraudulently influenced you to pay too much.

Tks swamp boy for the info. I sent mine in about 60 days ago and have not heard from them. It would suck to lose out any benefit because of a minor technicality.

The letter from fund stated they will send you a postcard after 60 days to inform investors of the status of your claim.This is not true as I contacted them after 60 days with no postcard and they stated they will not even look at the claim till after the cut off date.This leaves you with no time to make corrections on your claim and .Not a good start

So I also just got the claims package. Haven't thought of owcp for years. And just my luck even though I lost a ton on owcp my average price was below $0.39! I invested/gambled all my gains up to that point ($300k). My average price was around $0.31. I bought them in August 2017. I guess since I technically had opportunities to sell at a profit I don't qualify for any recompensation. Very annoying. I finally sold a few mths after the Jeffrey Friedland debacle. I'll still call them anyways to see what my options are, if any.

If you bought or sold shares during the period outlined on the fair fund site..then you can put in a claim before the deadline to file a claim which is sometime in June.

Again go and check those dates out and other information on the website.

Smart traders always print off their trade confirmations so they always have at hand their trading records and so they are not dependent on brokerages to provide legacy information.

I was in this trash many moons ago. Rcv'd the Proof of Claim form, but Schwab's historical transactions do not go beyond it's merger with Options Express. So I won't be able to retrieve those purchase/sell receipts. Good luck to everyone...

There are several ways that the OWCP shareholders can recover - it would be tough for those that got in at the top but many could recover most of their investment.

All you do is defend Turner - which I think everyone thinks that is unusual.

Actually I am working with the FBI/IRS on a company that is involved in wire and mail fraud plus tax evasion and the CEO is a recidivist and but I nailed their ass and the CEO had a $25 million award against him and I tracked him down and I have a sweet finders fee headed my way.

I told you right from the rip that OWCP was a scam and those that listened cut their losses and got out and some made a profit.

I got my legal package on Saturday 4/23. Will send it back. I only had 1027 shares that I purchased 10 times during 2017. I wish I coud re-coop all my money back, but I thinking if I'm lucky, it may be $10.

I received my JFND package yesterday 23 April 2022. I purchased 1027 shares in 2017 between $0.96 to $2.80. I never sold during the reporting period. I will submit my package just to see how much I will get back. Probably $10 if I'm lucky.

From the promissory note there wasn't anything specific about how the money was Tobe spent.

In most cases if toxic lending the loan is used by the insiders to use personally - it has become another income stream for the insiders.
