Turner stated the company was insolvent but I don't believe there is anything to liquidate.

There isn't any Bankruptcy and it would be under Chapter 15 if there was a Bankruptcy and it would be filed in Delaware.

I still believe that one could/should file for custodianship and take control - you could request the court to cancel all of the Preferred shares and start fresh.

I co-founded two PubCos and took one to Nasdaq and with both did really well. I believe that OWCP has enough gravitas and loyal shareholders to for it to do really well if someone brought in a real company.

Stay away from being a weed ticker.
