Who on the expert market keeps buying shares?

Someone purchased 30K shares today and this has been happening on what appears to be a weekly basis, certainly a few times a month for awhile now.

If this is dead, why is there someone on the expert market quietly loading up on shares of OWCP? What’s the point of buying even a $1 worth if it’s dead?

Can someone please explain this?

Did Bignutz get sued personally for the money owed to our OWCP employees and creditors that never got paid? Might a judge want to see a full accounting of the $5 million toxic loan proceeds?

What will happen to the IP? Is it worth anything? Does the cannabis cream actually effectively help psoriasis and other skin conditions? How hard would it be to enforce the patent against competitors infringing on the patent. Can the IP be bought if someone wanted to own the patent? Thanks

No arguing with your history on this stock. You have been batting 1000 for years and were the first to reveal the triggering event on the board. The remaining question is if the product has value that will blow the ceiling off of the all time high of the market cap and fix the conversion rate just in the nick of time to prevent the massive dilution that you are concerned about. I believe that will happen based on the partner list and the potential value of the tablet. My view is that we near the end of one of the longest accumulation periods in the history of the stock market.

I knew it was a scam - one clue was when Friedland was appointed the IR guy - I told everyone that he had a history of scamming.

After the insiders convert their shares the retail investors will receive pennies - there will be many notes that suddenly appear - Preferred share that were issued.

I warned everyone from the beginning that OWCP was a scam - but no one listened - now the same nonsense about a lawsuit - I guess I will spend a little time to study the lawsuit and post facts.

I suspect only the Attorneys will do very well the shareholders will get pennies if anything.

So does this mean we do NOT do the main claim form since it pertains only to US citizens, and only do those other IRS forms (I think I read they are for US aliens, which again doesn't really apply to me), or does it mean that we do that form and ignore the US tax part? I'm just a little confused because at the end they make you sign a section that says you "certify that you are a US citizen". I'm curious if they just want us to sign it and just cross that part out.....

The 3.23 high was most definitely during the claim period of 11/18/16-9/22/17....As you stated the 3.23 occurred on 2/22/17..How is that not during the claim period?

Yes..we do..it just becomes a little tricky when filling out the forms as they are based on US tax laws and don't pertain to Canadians for example...

I have spoken to an agent at the administration of the fund 2 times and they told me that the most important thing is to have your trading records to back up your claim.

She told me to fill out the forms as best I could and anything concerning US tax forms..just ignore as US tax rules won't apply to foreign holders of the OTC stock OWCP.

Wrong. The "period" for shares purchased is 11/18/2016 thru 09/22/2017. The 3.23 intraday high was on 2/22/2017.

I personally paid between .17 cents & 2.65 during the "relevant period". Most of my shares were sold after the last day of the "look back" period, 12/22/2017.

The "recognized loss per share shall be the purchase/acquisition price minus .39 cents". So I expect to recover zero for the .17 cent shares & 2.26 per share for the ones purchased at 2.65

I don't think OWCP is dead as these OTC stocks never die unless they are revoked but you might have to wait a few years for another group to take over.

Someone might file for Custodianship - but too much baggage at this point.

I remember when the Pom Poms came out when it was announced Friedland was coming on board. But I remembered that clown from hus problems with the FCC.

The OWCP insiders were too lazy to build a real company.

Here is a clue - real companies build a business then go public.

OTC scams merge a empty private business into a OTC scam and start issuing press releases etc - it will be a guaranteed scam.

During the period the price went from $0.22 to $0.40 - investors will only recover a fraction of their losses.

Also it seems many are counting and using the $3.23 number not their actual investment.

If you suffered a loss from the buys you made during that period you have a claim. I believe it is a full claim if you sold all during that period, a .39 threshold if you sold afterwards.

I just spoke with an administrator from the JND company that is looking after the Jeffrey Friedland Fair fund disbursement.

Everyone that has sent in a claim will receive notification with either a claim number or an explanation as to why their claim was not allowed and/or if there are documents or verification still needed in order to validate your claim.

The deadline to file is in June....and I was told today there are still over 100 claims that still need to be processed.
