The money has been expunged from Friedland and put into escrow waiting for dispersion to harmed investors that make a completed/approved claim.

I spoke to them last week because I had not received confirmation of my paperwork getting to them. The lady pulled my name and verified they had everything and she made it sound like it would be Jan-Mar 23 before we hear anything

What are the chances of us getting most or all of our claim refunded from the Jeffrey Friedland fund? I called the number they provided. She said it would be between 7-12 months until disbursement of claim funds. There's around 4 million in the fund, and gaining daily interest. I hope we get most back. It depends how many filed and what the total is, after the lawyers get theirs. ??

I am working on a S-1 to take another company public.

If I became involved with OWCP I would want to set it up as a ESOP. So that shareholders are owners of the company and not just the insiders control the company.

Yes, it is part of the lawsuit. It's in the Order that is Docket Entry #98. I'm surprised anyone that follows OWCP is not aware of the Federal Civil Lawsuit filed by the SEC against Friedland et al in Colorado District Court. I hope you are well compensated.

What happened in that experience was that almost no one applied and they distributed the funds to just a few of us that did. They had money that they had to get rid of. I hear that most go the other way. I am not eligable here but I enjoy watching. The IHUB board for the one I mention was clogged with posts telling people not to apply if you support the company and people were proudly posting that they didn't apply and they went crazy when the few that did got paid large. That settlement was a scam within a scam. Everyone who is eligable for anything in life that is free should apply.

Do you know if the Distribution Agent (and whoever else came up with this plan) has no idea about the potential # of claims, etc. until the deadline? Your post gives me hope that this claim perhaps can be a pleasant surprise and we may just receive exactly what they state in the claim with how the losses are calculated? I have lost a huge amount. May I ask if the "large check" you received was how they stated your losses would be calculated? Or was it the case of not enough funds so the pro-rata kicked in? Would love to hear from you. Turner stated the company was insolvent but I don't believe there is anything to liquidate.

There isn't any Bankruptcy and it would be under Chapter 15 if there was a Bankruptcy and it would be filed in Delaware.

I still believe that one could/should file for custodianship and take control - you could request the court to cancel all of the Preferred shares and start fresh.

I co-founded two PubCos and took one to Nasdaq and with both did really well. I believe that OWCP has enough gravitas and loyal shareholders to for it to do really well if someone brought in a real company.

Stay away from being a weed ticker.

I just sent my claim forms in, with documentation of purchases of OWCP within the time frame they listed. I had around 30,500.00 in purchases during that period, and no sales during that same time frame. I would love to recover some or all of my losses from this stock. I guess we'll wait and see what happens.

They are not buying back the stock from you. Just giving you some relief on your purchase price because the piano man fraudulently influenced you to pay too much.
