The short seller tweeted that he's still short and PR is nonsense. Well, I just logged in some $6000 from that trade ...sold close to my short term target of $2.50 and I'm fine with that for an 18 hour trade. Watching it now for additional opportunities

Amazing how crooks I'll just make up stuff these days and commit securities fraud yet avoid jail time. But sometimes as here it was easy to read and see the truth from all recently published data. I was strengthened by the heavy insider acquisitions. Very rarely do insiders but such large amounts of shares in this industry. I got a few more after the PR. Headed right through $4 now. Sorry if you got hooked by these shorts Ellen but hold him accountable

Bot 2700 more after taking a second look at the stock and noting all the recent insider buys. They're probably loading more now. This will rock soon. It's money in the bank for me now.

We can only hope. I spoke with Dr. Averback in February, he seems like a genuine person, answered all my relevant questions, there was every indication to me that this is a life changing drug. Hopefully he sends out a press release.

Unfortunately it's not the first time this has happened the shorters look for a perfect storm and then proceed with what's well orchestrated and bring it down covering and scooping up stop loss orders etc.! The company will more than likely come out with a news release saying there is no merit to the lawsuit and then the climb back up over a period of time, hopefully one of these days Averback comes up with the deal and shorters will have to chase and maybe its sooner than later!
