Again, only the float was changed (nearly DOUBLED) after the "Custodianship"! Hopefully the float will become the FIXED again like before the "Custodianship"!
It is very surprised to see that this Expert-Market-tier Non-Reporting stock (NBVG: 5.861B shares OS) is trading at the Same price or Much-Much-Higher Market Value than its Much-Much-Better-tier Pink-Sheet-tier Fully-Reporting peer (only 4.595B shares OS)! Why?
Also buying the peer at its recent high 0.0055 = buying NBVG at 0.004313! But in fact NBVG did hit 23%-Higher price 0.0053 recently! Why a Expert-Market stock has Much-Much-Higher Market Value than a Pink-Sheet peer?
From the otcmarkets.com. If you keep tracking the daily SS numbers then you can easily find out the float (i.e. the shares "Held At DTC") change of NBVG over there.
Well, the Good News is, NBVG has ZERO dilution for both the OS and AS while both the Restricted and Unrestricted shares are the FIXED and Same as before-Custodianship!
Anyway the float change does not impact the Target price at all!

I just noticed that the float here has been changed since someone acquired this CLEAN Shell through "Custodianship" most recently! It must be that acquirer who converted or Diluted nearly 1B previous Unrestricted shares into the current float because just a month ago the float was only the FIXED 1,168,685,691 shares since 2021. Then on 12/09/2022 the float was suddenly increased to 2,130,830,280 shares and on 12/29/2022 the float was slightly increased by 4,514,339 shares to 2,135,344,619 shares!
So, NBVG no longer has the FIXED float though the count is still low! Let's watch the future float count change closely to see if it will become the FIXED again?
Note, the AS, OS, Restricted, and Unrestricted shares are all the FIXED and Same!
