Is it quicker about some of them their delisted company

I noticed dhsm ffgo and USXP

All three had liquidity problems at the end but with solved long time ago at ffgo

With less number titled stock at DTC they have the level to reintroduce or not such company with same or another business and more than less share for subsisted shareholders after other some choose tax religion as quicker payment ( reputation )
