NTCI - looking like a major bouncer possible this week:
Just got in on this one on Friday at .14. Looking forward to the ride.
Sometimes stocks that fall the most make nice runs. The one thing I will say is holding a stock for a long time that has had such a monster sell off is usually not a good idea.
I like these types of plays for bounces. Sometimes strong bounces, but most of the time just bounces.
NTCI Chart
See linked message.
Pretty much the same analysis as I had on Friday.
RSI is on the rise, .17 is key resistance. MACD Stochastics and RSI are all rolling up nicely!

There is no bottom to stinky pinky, no financials, big spam to sell shares to suckers.... be careful, the smell over here is strong.
I am thinking .17 was the bottom. Any opinions?
Anyone think this is a good bottom play now?
When the spam has forged headers and originates from Russia and other countries, you know it's a genuine pump-and-dump scam. I have a account that collects these sort of spam emails from criminals.
I started receiving the emails a week ago, and the frequency has slowed to almost nothing now, leading me to believe that the criminals are now entering the dump phase.
The criminals are orchestrating this, in my opinion.
It's sad when a company is victimized in this way.
LOL, I have 2 accounts with round up shares with open orders, and I lost one set of 100 shares at .65 today... I'm going to cancel the .75 sell for tomorrow, because this sucka is so strong now... Maybe it goes back to $1.00 now, lol
i can believe that. thats how alot of pennies are. This stock wont really take off until this guy wins the election. or should i say if he wins.
Geez my timing so sucks.
I sold my roundup shares yesterday.
NTCI is really strong and nice volume today!
The gains are usually short lived.imo
wow this email spam really helps, didnt get in but wow!
I recieved one today.. wish it would of came yesterday.
What was the date on this E-mail please?
I sold my 100 shares via Etrade on 9/2/07 @ $2.00/share.

Allen Fletcher Announces He Is Running for State Representative - District 130
6:00 AM ET - Market Wire
NuTech, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NTCI), an emerging provider of innovative technology solutions for the security industry, announces today that retired Houston police B. Allen Fletcher will seek the Republican nomination to be the next State Representative for District 130 of Harris County, Texas. Fletcher is the President and CEO of Resource Protection Management, LP (RPM), a security company in which NuTech, Inc. has a 51% ownership interest.
Here is text of the November 1st announcement:
This morning, retired police officer, business owner and the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce Chairman Allen Fletcher officially announced his candidacy for State Representative - District 130. With a long history of community involvement, Allen knows public service is a life long commitment not just something to dabble in around election time.
"I am excited about the new challenges in front of me as I begin to campaign for the Republican nomination for State Representative - District 130," Allen Fletcher remarked. "For the last several weeks, while considering this decision, I talked to a great number of people about our state government," Mr. Fletcher offered. "While backgrounds may differ, responses have all remained the same.
Our elected representatives over-promised on property tax cuts, spent too much of our money, failed to fill in the gap on the border, made it more difficult for middle class folks to send their kids to college and now, to top it all off, we have an income tax on businesses in Texas," Allen Fletcher said. "I'm looking forward to the contrasts in representation this campaign will bring forward. I am confident after voters have a chance to review the candidates they too will decide it is time for change," Fletcher remarked.
"This past weekend I took my son Blake, a military policeman, to Fort Benning for an anticipated deployment to Iraq. My son-in-law Greg, a National Guardsman, recently returned from a tour of duty in Afghanistan. It is their service to our country that has inspired me to offer my service to the fine people in District 130. I will run a clean campaign, respectful of the voters, based on the issues and past voting records," Fletcher remarked.
Texas House District 130 is wholly contained in northwest Harris County and includes the cities of Waller and Tomball as well as the areas of Klein and Cypress-Fairbanks. The district is represented in the Texas Senate by Senator Dan Patrick who received 80% of the district's primary vote in 2006 in a four way contested race. Senator Patrick introduced Mr. Fletcher to the district's precinct chairs during a reception Senator Patrick recently hosted.
"I met with a good number of the Republican precinct chairmen for this district who immediately endorsed my candidacy. They too are encouraged by my message; believe it is time for change and know I will represent them honorably," Allen offered. "A vast majority of the voters are turned off by what they see happening in Austin and Washington, and I know my positive message for change will resonate with the voters," Fletcher concluded.
Allen Fletcher is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and a twenty-one year veteran law man with the Houston Police Department; rising in ranks from a uniformed patrol officer to detective to the Public Integrity Review Group to the Office of Inspector General receiving numerous commendations along the way. In 1998, Mr. Fletcher retired from HPD to start an asset protection company named Resource Protection Management (RPM). RPM has developed into a company that provides a full spectrum of security solutions for commercial, educational, governmental, and residential consumers. Mr. Fletcher has dedicated his career to serving and protecting the public as well as the corporate community.
His commitment to the community is evident through his volunteer work with the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, Tomball Rotary Club, Christian Business Luncheon, North Harris-Montgomery County College District Business Advisory, Tomball Emergency Preparedness Committee and the State Bar of Texas Review Committee.
He is a member of the Sam Houston State University Alumni Board of Directors, the President's Circle and sponsors a scholarship for criminal justice at SHSU. Mr. Fletcher is a lifetime member of the Houston Police Officers Association, Homicide Investigators of Texas, and Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Fletcher is a Christian and a member of the Spring Creek Church of Christ. He and his wife Penny have two daughters and a son.

NuTech, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NTCI), an emerging provider of innovative technology solutions for the security industry, today announces the signing of definitive agreements with the owner of Resource Protection Management (RPM) that results in NTCI increasing its ownership position in RPM to 51%.
"RPM is presently a private partnership but is being reformed into a corporation as part of the transaction. In connection with this process and additional investment by NuTech, we will gain the ability to include financial information from RPM into NuTech's consolidated financial statements," stated Lois Newman, President and CEO of NuTech, Inc. "Increasing our ownership position to 51% was formerly a long term goal that we are proud to accomplish at this early stage in our association. Given the positive facts regarding RPM, we knew it was important for both companies to create a relationship that benefits our investors and meets the expectation of the marketplace."

RPM's Fletcher and Sheriff Gage to be on the cover of this magazine in December...
Should be interesting to see if this actually occurs...

Thanks for the DD, it is appreciated. No need to go back to lurking, keep posting and best of luck to you.
Thanks for the explanation. I recently joined the IHUB paranoics and check the posting history of new posters whose work stands out.
Anyway, if NTCI has pumpers out there, then I agree with you that they need to be balanced out--I see nothing particularly positive about this company right now, from the lame PRs to the lack of response to emails (as reported by posters here) to the crazy-dance of the stock price. My shares were practically free and that's the only thing keeping me from riding a loss right now.
Kermit - Its real simple. If you saw someone about to get robbed, would you say something? Would they question your enthusiasm? That's all. I'll go back to lurking...
Almost every one of these POS's is nothing more than a crap shoot, imo. Dig deep enough and who knows what you will find???
Someone turned me on to this and said there was potential to really make some money. They were actually pumped about it. I started looking at it and found out who was involved. So then I really started digging, because I know the past history. Its not good. Just thought I would pass the info on so no one else gets hurt. Didnt mean to seem enthusiastic about it, but the more you dig the more sleaze you find on this guy...IMO.
LOL!!!!!!!!!
I appreciate topmodel's info, but have to wonder about the enthusiasm. Particularly since s/he's been so picky in the past about posting.
Not high on NTCI??? Come on, this is goin to da mooooooon!!!! LOL.
You are providing some interesting information here--we've all been wondering what's going on with a post-split stock price 20% of the pre-split price. You are offering some explanations of the drop, but what I'd really like to know is why was the share price so high previously?
You're spending a lot of time on this considering virtually every person here got in on this as a round up play and has $1.50 plus commissions tied up. It's funny stuff, but I wouldn't recommend getting carried away with the DD. Nobody here is high on NTCI and I think it shows in the posts.
They said he was trying to get into politics. It could be that Fletcher is the one who is dumping his shares...IMO. It takes a whole lot of cash to run for public office...
All the bagholders could be financing his political campaign!!! man...
