Tangible book negative $65 million.
What this means is that there is ZERO value to the current common stock.
As an self made multimillionaire whose has made a FORTUNE is the markets, I know this to be INDISPUTABLE FACT.
All the while A+H rip off the the company for egregious compensation.
Thats ALL correct bankbuyer
To this day I still am a subprime expert who has made millions of dollars in the subprime industry, and who is still experiencing varying degrees of success in that very same industry.
Its also correct that Novastars business model was unsustainable, but here is a little something that might just help you:
"Through hard work, perseverance, and a firm commitment to do the right thing, NovaStar
survived one of the most significant economic downturns of our time. Not only did it survive, it paid all
of its secured bank lenders. It exited the crisis with a seasoned group of founders and leaders who had
learned important lessons during the last decade. In addition, the company has significant realized
and unrealized federal tax losses, allowing it to mitigate income taxes on profits for many years to
come. This enhances the opportunity for growth and investment efficiency.
Leaders were convinced that if they could navigate NovaStar through the storm, they could use the
experiences gained to help other entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses. In 2008, they began
reinventing NovaStar based on their core competencies: the ability to scale businesses and improve
execution of an original concept. Since then they have acquired five companies – StreetLinks Lender
Solutions, Advent Financial, Corvisa Services, Mango Moving and CorvisaCloud.
The reinvention prompted the company to change its name to Novation Companies, Inc., in order to
truly reflect the leadership team’s vision for the future. This name represents a core strength: the
ability to execute operationally at the highest level to bring new innovative technology-enabled
services to market. The retention of “Nova” in the name reflects a continued promise to shareholders.
Novation leaders are attracted to technology-enabled service businesses with a differentiated value
proposition for their customers. They look for companies that are founded on great ideas but need to
improve execution in order to grow. Novation assumes operational control of their subsidiary
companies and supports the companies with world-class technology, sales/marketing and training
services that a typical entrepreneur could not access.
Novation leaders use the power of their knowledge and integrated operations to bring the companies
to their maximum potential. They allow previous owners to focus on their passion and what they do
best, and Novation leadership handles the rest."
And this description of corruption on Wall Street involving such things as illegal naked shorting and market maker manipulation may help you as well;

""NovaStar’s business model proved unsustainable for the long term"
Yet it was PUMPED as a buy at $40 by a purported subprime expert.
NOVC DOWN YTD while market is UP.
It was over $40 in early 2007 and claims of manipulation have persisted since then.
I keeep seeing LOWER intra day LOWS.
The FLUSH lower is coming
Lomg Term Sentiment for Novation
While Novation has been trading in a very tight range on extremely low volume for a year now, both technical and fundamental signs point to a breakout to the upside.
The only question in my mind is just how far and how high NOVC will go.....
Stay tuned while I head to my Kiwanis meeting for breakfast where Dr. Talreja will speak about how LAUGHTER is like a mini vacation!
Stau tuned!

Motley Fool on Manipulation and Naked Shorting....NOVC?
While criminal activity surrounding tradng in Novatons stock has been occuring, here is information about manipulation and illegal naked shorting that addresses it;
Pay paticular attention to the market maker manipulation because this is the area that a licensed private investigator from DCJS (Department of Criminal Justice Services)is looking into.
http://beta.fool.com/mrjosephd/2012/11/26/what-investors-should-know-and-do-make-sure-short-/17306/
NOVC keeps drifting lower.
Slow subtle distribution till the FLUSH occurs.
Tangible book is NEGATIVE $65.4 MILLION.
The Q4 operating is likely MILLIONS
636 shares of this dead mackerel NOVC.
Who will be the last to know their shares are worth zero ?
I have my guess who.
So many NOVC questions today.
I had to answer DOZENS.
The sellers say price doesnt much matter, They cant find a buyer.
What Novation does BEST is LOSE MONEY
Both on P+L basis and for shareholders.
Just imagine being LONG since $40 like one poor soul is.
I read that NOVC plans to CANCEL all existing common.
Of course, I too know it will occur
Advent/Western Union and USA Today February 25
Although Advents partnership with Western Union came a little late in the season, its exposure like this thats invaluable for the future;

Here is CorvisaCloud/Streetlinks doing what Novation does best;
http://www.corvisacloud.com/blog/
and here is a sell sider telling the BIG LIE
"Legacy Novastar is Bankrupt"
and here is anothe LIE from the same sell sider;
"Existing Common shares to be CANCELLED as Senior DEBT converts to NEW common"
Its the kind of lies like screaming fire in a crowded theatre that finds this sell sider behind bars;

Legacy NOVC is actually BK.
It boggles the mind of the pumpers and they are now trying to sell while urging others to stay tuned
Thanks marketinGuy....
I have a Certified Salesforce Developer, and a Certified Salesforce Administrator that I've partnered with to develop a cloud based "scoring" program for JudgmentScore(TM).
I know that Corvisa and CorvisaCloud have a number of SalesForce developers and adminstrators on staff that can be instrumental in helping clients develop all sorts of capabilites.
When you think about it....the potential when combined with CorvisaClouds customer contact solultions boggles the mind.
Thanks for sharing.

Anyone keeping tabs on Corvisa Cloud?
On top of their cloud based solutions, it looks like they've also entered the imlpementation businesses:
http://www.corvisacloud.com/products#salesforce_implementation
Populated in a search recently. Interesting development. The implementation services industry is already a multi-billion dollar industry and growing fast. Will be keeping an eye on this...
SENIOR debt convert to NEW COMMON.
WIPES OUT existing common.
Management and Board writes themselves NEW options while existing common gets ZERO.
ALMOST everybody knows.
Senior Debt NOT DUE until 2033...CORRECT
Novation will be a BILLION dollar company long before that.

All NOVC common to be WIPED OUT.
New equity issued in exchange for SENIOR DEBT.
MOST already know.
CORRECT- MASSIVE LAYOFFS.
60 people on the SAME DAY.
Total mismanagement at Streetlinks.
NO wonder Haslam cashed out
What MASSIVE lay offs???
The ONLY thing I could find was 60 temp to hire personel who barely got past first base in their training. Is this what you call MASSIVE lay offs???
All is see is last word F.E.A.R. (False Evidence Appearing Real) from the sell siders.

MASSIVE February LAYOFF at Streetlinks
"Former Employee in Tampa, FL– Reviewed Feb 7, 2013– New
Pros – I was brought in by a staffing agency after passing an appraisal test to qualify. They assured me that what had happened last year (Hired, yet called on day before training class and told a hiring freeze had been put into effect.) were a thing of the past. After showing up for our class this time we were quickly separated into 2 groups and told that we had been selected, due to our vast knowledge of appraisals, to the "Top" QC group. After a half a day of RaH RaH the training began. For the next 2 weeks we were trained, quizzed and questioned until the new information made sense.
Once on the Floor we had the typical team leads who were more than generous with their time. We quickly found out that policy change was a daily task and sometimes the folks who had been there for a while didn't know half the of the changes.
Every day we were told by everyone from management down how well we were progressing. Our brains were full and it felt like a Company who I could be with for a long spell.
Cons – Came home Tuesday night and received a call from the staffing agency telling me not to go into work and that everyone (60ish People) had been fired with no explanation.
All that training and effort for a month and a week of work??? I guess I should have been a little less trusting but, honestly, I was blindsided.
Advice to Senior Management – If you're just looking for staffing to meet your somewhat unreal quotas, then hire temps. Dont keep herding people in with the promises of advancement and then fire the bunch when times are tight.
Most of us gave up a job to commit to you. Maybe you should remember that.
NOVC was supposed to be a 10 bagger from 2007 and $40.
Those waiting are now 6 years older and much poorer.
It will only get worse
Not much time to share information, but before I head out
to our first MGA meeting for the year, I thought I'd share this;
There were only 2 trades today in NOVC and one of them was mine.
Guess which one?
Sounds to me like there must be a sell sider trapped in this stock...any idea who it might be?
I know I don't feel trapped, because I'm holding for the multi Million dollar plus pay day.
2 trades 500 shares which were manipulation?
The DEADEST of dead mackerels.
Your future is ZERO in the debt transfer to new equity
My apology for not sharing all common WORTHLESS.
It will be ZEROED when the existing Senior debt converts to equity.
Many already know.
My Apologies for not Sharing that CorvisaCloud
Novations most recent acquisition for a measly $800,000
is on track to become the next BILLION dollar company in Novations portfolio.

The dead mackerel.
So vedy vedy funny.
CORRECT legacy NOVC is BK.
The sham loans
The $75.9 MILLION debt
The NEGATIVE tangible book of $65.4 MILLION
The HUGE YTD operating loss
While Novation sell siders falsely claim that NOVC is bankrupt...Novation keeps moving forward.
Advent, one of Novations subsidiaries just partnered with Western Union as seen here;

CORRECT NOVC is INSOLVENT.
Cannot now or EVER pay the Senior debt rendering common stock WORTHLESS.
Liabilities UP $11 million while tangible book further NEGATIVE YTD
If NOVC/CorvisaCloud were REALLY INSOLVENT, they couldn't pay InvestorsHub for the banner adds
In addition to NOT BEING INSOLVENT....they'r NOT BANKRUPT either like the sell siders would like for investors to believe.
Stay tuned!

Insolvent NOVC banner ads are cookie related.
That's all it is and related to a site and user cookie selection.
Computer cookie not chocolate chips.
Glad to be of help in this dead mackerel
CorvisaCloud Banner Adds here on IHUB
I posted yesterday that CorvisaCloud, Novations latest acquisition was running a Bannner add here on IHUB that stated;
"Streamline your IVR with the Cloud"
The point I wanted to make was that Novations subsidiaries are showing up all over the internet, even here on IHUB.
Stay tuned for more from Novation and their subsidiaries, CorvisaCloud, Advent, Streetlinks, Corvisa and Mango Moving.

7925 NOVC traded today.
Massive pumps from all channels yet NO BUYERS only long term suffering bags looking to EXIT.
If anyone else need to know how a Banner site ad is created from
'cookies' on a computer, please advise.
Dead mackerel.
Yesterday it was ' criminal manipulation'. Today it was 'funny'.
It is funny. I will grant that. Lol
NOVC is INSOLVENT per definition posted here.
The market seems to know that Q4 will be another MONSTER LOSS.
Q3 operating LOSS was $3.8 MILLION
"Streamline your IVR with the Cloud"
CorvisaCloud (subsidiary of Novation/NOVC) is now advedrtising on
InvestorHub.
When you see the add for CorvisaCloud here on IHUB just click on it to get a feel for what Novation is doing.

Yes one NEEDS to READ the WU Press release.
Then one can understand it.
You can use a WU card if one prefers.
"Existing Western Union prepaid cardholders also can direct their tax refunds onto their prepaid cards at any tax preparation company or when filing their own taxes. "
"a general-purpose reloadable (GPR) prepaid card offered by Western Union and Advent. "
Gee I wonder who is the "bank" in this deal ? Lol
So if Western Union has its own debit why?
would they joint venture/partner with Advent?
I guess one needs to understand this business to understand why this is good for both Western Union as well as Advent.
Stay tuned!
Rooky
But Western UNION has THEIR OWN CARDS.
Their cards are better and cheaper than Advent's as seen here.
https://www.wuprepaid.com/wuprepaid/public/get.do?view=public/compare
I suspect this is similar to Advent having 7k cards per the Ceo when it was claimed they had "no fewer than one million"
Western Union Partners with Advent to offer MILLIONS
of low to moderate income consumers an alternative to higher cost banking services.
You can read all aout here on Western Unions investor relations site;
http://ir.westernunion.com/News/Press-Releases/Press-Release-Details/2013/Western-Union-Joins-Advent-Financial-to-Offer-Tax-Refunds-on-Prepaid-Cards1133328/default.aspx
What I like about this is that this press release is from Western Union, a 8.5 BILLION dollar company, is that it is partnering with Advent, a start up.
Stay tuned!
