Motley Fool on Manipulation and Naked Shorting....NOVC?

While criminal activity surrounding tradng in Novatons stock has been occuring, here is information about manipulation and illegal naked shorting that addresses it;

Pay paticular attention to the market maker manipulation because this is the area that a licensed private investigator from DCJS (Department of Criminal Justice Services)is looking into.
