You better be looking for a spring break out (a bullish signal, not one of the 4 seasons lol) and an overall structure change of this current trading range if you ever want this to go up again. It will eventually when the bots mark it up, but Davis isn't gonna help, can't help, because he obviously sucks at his job having not completed anything but paperwork, AND he can't even file that on time 🤣 His performance as CEO is clearly identified in the current pps. 💩

Is he trying to see how many sec rules he can break? Or is he just That Bad!! ?? Davis was literally handed a prime opportunity for success with a loyal base of shareholders backing him ,but he totally f'd it all up and went into hiding just like a CEO who wimped out would. Imo
If he's too scared to talk to shareholders with concerns ,he, obviously, based on his performance to date ,can't negotiate a deal either because he's weak..

Agree it has gone dark. Real reasons unknown. The statements made from April could certainly warrant a lawsuit as they've diluted shares following misleading news are using the funds for god knows what. Interesting to see if financials are released untimely again. We know the name change was a hoax and arguably both leases have fallen through. If all they have is the new patents, those could take 2 years to approve. Carbon Limit seems to be making waves still but not sure how that creates value for Smog Armor until they offer some sense of their business plan.

Why even have a phone number and Investor email for smog Armor if the CEO / management never responds to any of them? 🤪 Bunch of 🐔 💩💩. After Davis and Rocker Funder were called out for giving false and misleading information they haven't said one peep .
If someone , especially a shareholder,asked me questions about my company and I refused to communicate with them ,they would immediately think I'm trying to scam them.

What blows my mind is Davis taking over noho and telling everyone how successful he's been as CEO of other companies, but evidently his strategy here was pissing off as many shareholders as possible by not following through, hyping the stock into a pump and dump, diluting the OS, and refusing to communicate. Just to name a few...imo
Why would anyone in their debut ,or at anytime, want to do all that and instantly get a bad relationship/reputation with shareholders???
As CEO he has not been working in the best interest of shareholders imo. Besides all that He hasn't said 1 damn thing about paint in 12 months and that was the big blockbuster deal right? smog Armor paint? Why won't he talk about the paint?? All we have are concrete plans that will take at least another year before we see the first block, and that's if he signed a lease agreement today, which I doubt he will.. imo
He doesn't even have the courage to say anything now after he couldn't ink the casa grande lease he tucked his tail and zipped his lips 🤐😂

It's not me ,,, but those small amounts sold at the bid to trigger stops were followed by buys scooping up those lost shares . Imo There can't be many stop loss orders left to raid at this price .0001
personally I don't use sl orders or market orders for triple zero stocks so I still have my millions 😁
