Despite your faulty opinion as to who I am and/or whom I represent, nevertheless, if you rummage back through the archives of XLIT postings, you will discover that I, myself, was in fact the FIRST poster to proclaim that it was "LIKELY" that XLIT's so-called "Light Sheets" did NOT even exist. (Odd thing for a "shill" for XLIT to say.) Indeed, in response to my post back then, you pal "Sylvia" was quite taken-aback about it. However, I posted that comment under a DIFFERENT handle here on "InvestorsHub". (By the way, as we speak, olde XLIT is now trading BELOW your predicted $0.01-per-share!! Good! That's where a scam company like XLIT SHOULD be trading!)

Now, regarding NEXS, also as we speak, it is crashing down to $0.10 by end of next week, for sure. Closed last Friday at $0.33. I got out at $0.55, at a loss of circa only $200. Good. Will it bottom-out at $0.01? Not likely. I would guess it bottoms at $0.15, and stays there for several years. The daily "TradersChoice" emails behind NEXS stopped coming into my (Gmail) "Promotions" inbox about last Wednesday, or so. Good.

Hey, Wiz, dude. Here's a prediction you will surely agree with. Sooner or later, the U.S. authorities will summarily SHUT-DOWN the OTC, Pink Sheets, etc., FOREVER. Such is coming. They might as well call the OTC & Pink Sheets markets "Fantasy Investing" --- like "Fantasy Football", here in the States.

Bottom line, when I'm in a penny stock, I do MY OWN 'pump-&-dump'! I get excited, and try to pump the stock up there --- 'to the moon!'. Who else is going to do it??!!! To me, claiming that a crashing stock is good to buy because one may never again get it so cheap, is like claiming that a plummeting airplane --- out of fuel, engines dead, & pilot dead to boot --- is a great time to buy that plane because one can now obviously get it at a bargain price!!! But, of course, metaphorically speaking, there may big problems when that plane finally hits the ground. Regarding NEXS, it may be a good buy at circa $0.15 --- circa 5-years from now. It's a VERY long-term deal. NOT to disparage the company in any way.

In that, vis-à-vis their research, NEXS-like companies may soon enough be doing tricks like splicing the 'Infinite Life Genes' of the Bowhead Whale species, for example, into we H. sapiens! I.e., the Bowhead species is believed to die only vis-à-vis disease, accident, or predation. Otherwise, they live forever.

Scientists have discovered 300+-year-old (Native American) harpoon heads (Clovis-like stone tips) in the flesh of Bowhead Whales. Other species, like Sharks, Turtles, may also harbor genes which enable them to live infinitely --- assuming lack of disease, accident, or predation.

Now, the instant question of the day is: What will be the 'Life Span' of the fledgling "Nexus Biopharma" company? Or, will it succumb to 'predation' by Market Makers, Short-Sellers, Day-Traders, Insiders, etc.?

This NEXS stock has about as much chance of discovering a magic weight loss pill as I do becoming the president of the USA (I was born in Russia so that's impossible). NEXS too will crash because that's what happens to stocks TC pumps. They receive a lot of money to hype a stock but eventually the music will stop and the remaining suckers who still own the stock will be left holding the bag. And wrt your other post, I dont recall Volkswagon or Lance Armstrong having products and patents to feed a $64 BILLION industry that did not have a viable solution. This company's technology is born out of medical knowledge that was not available in past history and which has been used to make MAJOR strides in curing many diseases, like cancer, which were never thought possible until the mapping of human genes. Nonon the stock is 65 cents so you can't be down much. As long as Traders Choice is still on the pump it will support the stock price. The problem is you don't know when TC will pull the plug and the companies principals will unload large blocks of stock. XLIT went from the 80 cents down to 10 cents in just a few days. The same thing will happen with this NEXS stock, better to sell at .65 than at .10. Learn a lesson from this, there are people out there who make millions of dollars off sucker novices by pumping a shell company so those who bought the stock for 1/4 cent a share can make a fortune. This is obviously illegal in the USA and because of actions of those who lost great sums in XLIT, the SEC is now investigating both the owner of the company and Traders Choice.

Up/down I'm actually in Hong Kong working on a project here, going to be here several more months then return to mother Russia. Funny you talk about fresh water, I just returned from Israel, visiting family there, and not sure that you know Israel is the world leader in seawater desalinization. They are so adept in low cost desalinization that they are building desalinization plants in the Arab gulf countries right now. Because fresh water or sweet water in Hebrew is such a valuable commodity in desert countries, Israel's enemies have hired her to help produce more water to help their populations.

I may be a little over the high end of that range. Wont be in the soup line if it tanks, just wearing a fools hat. Was going to sell in the 8s, when it ran up but I blinked and it dived!! I'm hoping that it runs up near there again.....and I'm out for awhile. I'll probably sell some Monday esp if I'm up from my original purchase. I do well in the big markets so I could kick myself for getting sucked in before I figured out the game that is played here. Some of these companies have good products but I suspect they are mismanaged. I don't get how some of these people can live with themselves, sucking ppl in with flat out lies. The first BIG clue was when the guy who was scamming me changed his user name when he moved to a new board. Needless to say, his advertised big moves pending (for a whole multitude of reasons) never happened...he just disappeared to a new board.

Gambling on penny stocks is tough, indeed. To land one that really 'skyrockets' --- like 3,000-to-7,000 percent --- one has to toss bucks at circa 30-ea. different stocks, per year. And, one must toss at least $2K bucks at any penny stock to make the MATH worth the time. Tedious! For me, I look for one or two, like NEXS (& even XLIT), that puts-on-a-show for a minute --- a penny stock CIRCUS. NEXS can, is, & (I think) WILL eventually be a spectacular 'Ringling Bros., Barnum & Bailey' show!

Good points, Nonon2 dude! If one HAS such bucks to lose (or gain), I would recommend tossing a MAXIMUM of $2K-to-$10K bucks (U.S.) at NEXS. I wish I had gotten it at circa $0.35, or so. Generally, nobody should ever toss more than that range of bucks at ANY penny stock. I have circa $2K bucks into it, and that's cool.

Hey, Stockwiz! Yeh, I got a little NEXS. No big deal. May be a very LONG-term possibility here, but I'm not counting on it. XLIT is still up-&-down, considerably, almost every trading day! I have no idea what is driving XLIT up-&-down like that, except the Day-Traders, in-&-out, for a few bucks every week. That's a very tedious way to make a living, at its best.

Regarding TradersChoice, I actually exchange emails with them behind this NEXS deal. TradersChoice, itself, has repeatedly emphasized to me that NEXS is long-term --- no get-rich-quick penny stock deal here, and never intended as such.

Anyway, Stockwiz dude, how's the view from your cabin over near the, "Russian Sturgeon Generals Office", on Lake Baikal! Hey, Wiz dude! Did you know that Lake Baikal contains 60% of the world's fresh water? That lake is huge, and DEEP --- up to circa 7,000 feet to the bottom! Nonon I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if Traders Choice is involved this is a pump and dump scheme plain and simple. Check out XLIT this was Traders Choice's stock of the year last year. They pumped it up to $1.50 before they stepped away and it crashed, present price 1 cent a share. XLIT also had very promising press releases that were all totally fake. Last year Traders Choice was paid $1.2 million dollars for the pump of XLIT, and they probably received plenty of stock too that they dumped prior to the price crashing. I personally have had contact with multiple people who lost $50K and more on XLIT and unfortunately the same thing is bound to happen with this NEXS stock. Do yourself a favor and sell your shares at the open Monday and just sit back and watch what happens. Before you or anyone else accuse me of being a short seller, I have no position in NEXS and do not plan on opening a position. I'm writing this to help those who have been brain washed by Traders Choice's professional sounding emails, it's a just another pump and dump scheme by the P&D experts at Traders Choice.

I don't think it is a scam. Look at the press releases and you will see that it has legitimate and applicable people behind it. It is a HUGE risk especially at this phase in the approval process but if their drugs, not just weight loss but diabetes and alzheimer as well, show progress, it will be a fantastic investment. Bio stocks have a tenancy to run big on future prospects but fall hard when they dont have earth shattering clinical trial results to back it up.

Hey up/down I see that you have moved over to the new traders choice (stock of the year) pump scheme. To all the others on this board, I know nothing about this NEXS company nor do I want to, but I thing I know is that if traders choice is pumping this stock it's most probably a scam. They pumped XLIT last year and caused many people to lose upwards of $100K when the stock collapsed from $1.50 to the present 1 cent a share. My advice is don't get involved and if you already own this NEXS stock sell it on the open Monday.
