Wow seriously? You just posted an email correspondence you supposedly had with the company. I simply read the sentence that says they intend on listing to a National Exchange "It is the company's intention to file a Regulation A+ tier II financing in the near future, and upon closing, request to be listed on a National Exchange."

You are aware that most exchanges have a minimum price per share requirement correct? For instance NYSE has minimum requirement of $1 per share. Do you really think this was going to run over $1 before the RS announcement? That is 1000 times the current price of .001. A 2500 to 1 RS would put them at $2.50 per share which is where they would at least want to start at.

If that is your proof ( my email ) that another claim is made for uplisting then you are missing the point of that email....not saying that is not going to happen but no time soon imo....you should take away from that email that R/S is a fact and not a possibility....

The name change was done at the State of Texas registrar as well as the reverse split of 1 for 2,500 as opposed to the previously announced 1:10,000.

Unfortunately, the reverse stock split is processed by FINRA, and we are awaiting their approval and effective date.
