Thank you for your inquiry. SWHI has concluded the acquisition of Next Dynamics and a name change as well as a reverse split of the stock has been filed with FINRA.

The name change was done at the State of Texas registrar as well as the reverse split of 1 for 2,500 as opposed to the previously announced 1:10,000.

Unfortunately, the reverse stock split is processed by FINRA, and we are awaiting their approval and effective date.

Yes, this ran soooo easily 6 months ago. Then they put out a CHEAP PR on a Sunday on a three day weekend about the RS.

Yes. The OS is only 422 mil. 6 months ago DD pointed if I remember correctly a defense contract deal. So, even if a RS and the did have a deal. Worth a lotto play since I held from 6 months ago.

If I'm being honest, the company has hired a team to make sure the RS doesnt happen. These guys care a ton.

It has something to do with note holders wanting to cash out. I think the plan is genius. If the RS doesnt happen and climbs naturally, the notes wont be able to be converted and less sell off. I've also heard through the grape vine that there are some big contracts coming soon.

Well that would be neat but the company cancelled the trust of the shareholders.
It's hard to get that back, if the company puts out a PR to that effect then maybe but I doubt it

Just received word that the company is working towards cancelling the R/S. If the company can get the share price back to .003 within the week, They will cancel it and she will RUN! This will also deter the Note conversion and make things even better for us shareholders. Good times are coming. please wait for more updates as I get them.

I sold 1.5 million at .0008 earlier today. My balance is not showing that as fake. Still have over 5 million left. But I hear you. Some kind of games going on. Did the same yesterday. Traded at .0008s and then someone just sold at .0004 like today.

I actually have traded this stock numerous times over the years and actually thought JUST MAYBE they would cancel R/S ( O/S is nothing imo ) so emailed the company to findout if maybe they changed their minds....was looking at buying again if update was positive....only positive thing is the R/S is smaller then originally announced....really to bad as this could easily of ran to multiple pennies even with this share structure imo....

R/S should put this at $4-$5 range, after could bump up to $6ish... but selling frenzy will most likely drop it to $2-3. If things continue to move forward people should be able to minimize their losses OR if patient enough possibly some gains.

At 0.0077 SWHI has eye-popping $3.25M MV v.s. PUGE at $0.1M MV and OCLG at $0.2M NV now!

Well, why the investors here should take huge risk to buy a Soon-To-Do-1:10000-Giant-R/S-Pos-Scam which is trading at ridiculous high MV ($211K) now v.s. its Non-R/S peer PUGE is trading at mere $63K MV currently?

Even at its 52-week-low 0.0002 SWHI is still trading at 35%-Higher MV ($85K) than its peer PUGE!

Not to mention SWHI ever traded at eye-popping $3.25M MV at its 52-week-high $0.0077 v.s. PUGE only has mere $0.25M MV at its 52-week-high $0.0004! Even at its recent high 0.0050 PUGE still has the MV ($3.17M) lower than the MV ($3.25M) of SWHI at $0.0077!

It is very hard to understand why someones were willing to buy this Giant R/S Pos Scam at Hyper Risky price levels 0.0002 ~ 0.0007 most recently? After the 1:10000 R/S the price will Quickly crash down to 0.000x again due to the Endless New Giant dilutions...
