I am done posting. We will see what happens soon enough. Good luck to all here.
At the time of posting about the stock going to .20, it had hit .10 in a very short time. It doesn't take anything to make this move. I agree I was overcome with excitement. Who wouldn't be? All I am trying to do is find out the facts. Good luck to you.
Absolutely not. With all due respect Wyokid, you coaxed me over here to this board via a private message, and before I pointed out the bankruptcy and started asking legitimate questions, you were posting away about how the stock would hit the .20+ range by the end of the day yesterday, and how you had just received word on significant buyers who were going to be coming into the stock yesterday afternoon, and how yesterday would be the last day to get into the stock at a decent price, and that everyone better get in right then.
Those are all the classic signs, along with the fact that the stock had been dormant under .02 until you exploded with your rapid posting 2 days ago, and then went out and sought to attract more people to the board. Those are just the facts.
Why is the CEO moving his office to Texas? I think there must be something there to connect the dots.
It seems to me that I am the only one trying to get your questions answered, and you are the one spouting off P&D every chance you get. Are you looking for cheaper shares?
Prudent, I am here because of the event which is JUST starting today. We can't know anything, until we know how many bidders there are. The questions you have, I currently have two attempts at finding your answers.
Well I won't disagree with you there. And this very well may be a P&D stock. However I will hang around for awhile to see how this news plays out in the near future. I didn't invest enough in this to get hurt so if it is a BS stock then its another lesson learned on me. The fact that there is NO or mostly low Volume on a stock that was dead for a longtime sends a HUGE red flag up. I hope this is NOT the case.
The real deal appears to be that the spike up in PPS earlier this week was likely all hype, and perhaps a classic "pump and dump" operation.
Nexprise is in bankruptcy and no one seems to know the amount of the liabilities, in order to determine whether there is any prospect that the current planned auction of assets has any chance of exceeding liabilities such that there will be any remaining value in the shares. In my experience, when a company files for bankruptcy it is because liabilities exceed any reasonable value of the assets. Otherwise the BK filing would typically not take place.
It would be an extrememlly rare situation where there is anything left over for common shareholders after asset sales and settlement of a bankruptcy.
I believe clarity will come after bids are closed at 5pm Pacific. But interesting news with the CEO moving his office to Texas...
WOW NO VOLUME?? What's the real deal here??
Just spoke with Steve Smith. He said that John Lynch has moved his office to Texas. He is calling Mr. Lynch now to have him call me in regards to all your questions. Now we need to dig to see if something is happening in Texas...
Prudent, I have been scanning all night last night trying to find some hints around. If you come up with anything let me know. Bid support is raising, so obviously interest is still peaking.
I composed a long email to Mr. Lynch, who I was told is out of the office but responding to emails, asking those very questions. I am sure I will get a response sometime soon. As far as yesterdays effort to buy, I think shares are real scarce and MM's making you go to them. It took me a long time to get filled my 50K shares, and that was at the Ask. Good luck to you Sir. :)
What are the listed liabilities in the bankruptcy proceeding? In order to determine if there is any potential value in these shares, we need to understand what the potential value of the assets to be sold is, as well as the level of the liabilities listed by NexPrise in its current bankruptcy filing, in order to determine any potential value in these publicly traded shares.
P.S. Wyokid - I tried to buy 50,000 shares yesterday between the spread at .028 after the bid dropped to .02 and could not get a nibble.
Things should get interesting after tonight. I expect news to come tonight or tomorrow after deadline has been completed.
Potential bidders are required to submit bids by March 30, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. prevailing Pacific Time. Bidders who submit qualified bids by this deadline will be allowed to participate in an auction-style solicitation conference on April 4, 2011 to determine the winning bidder. NexPrise will then seek Bankruptcy Court approval under section 363 of the Bankruptcy to sell the assets to the winning bidder at a hearing on April 7, 2011.
Will be interesting to see where this goes today? If we get somekind of positive news from the company (Which I doubt) But I can hope
This will get the NEEDED Volume to move up. If we stay at these low volumes we will drift down. Good luck to all.
jlynch@nexprise.com if anyone else wants to email him.
I just emailed John Lynch, CEO, and am awaiting reply to answer all the questions which have been asked by the board. Hope to hear something soon.
I think buyers were waiting for it to settle a bit. Tomorrow looks good.
You said it all right there VOLUME!! I bought into this But what bothers me is this stock has been dead until the past few days. I hope its real!!
I agree buddy.
Lunchtime bid whacking. We are ok :)
What happened today? Was looking nice at the open when 4s went down fast.
No...It appears that people sitting on the bid don't have much money. LOL
Ask is 333% of the bid. That is nuts. It also appears that even the slightest selling of this stock causes the bid to crash.
hey papchou, NXPSQ .02 on bid?
I will work on that!
Hey WYO thanks for the PM I have free service so I cannot PM you back that I like the idea of hitting it with some cash but I have all my cash in the other Q right now. SO to make a move or split my efforts I gotta watch this one a while. all the info you can provide will be helpful I am sure. I will start looking too, but it would be nice if we had a person with Pacer access here.
that is a R/M just a little different
By the way someone just hit FLSc (Q) again today that is 4 days in a row now something up with that Q not sure what but someone is nibbling
YUP, but I will not lie if the gap closes I am in for a short while or maybe longer who knows.
lookin good here, i realized that my buy yesterday for .025 didn;t go thru :(
GLTA!@
Good luck to you Sir.
Chart shows sharp increase in share volume and PPS on very light $$$ volume, which coincides precisely with the sharp increase in pumping and posting activity on this board and elsewhere on IHUB starting yesterday (only 13 posts on this board previously).
Now, that may be a mere coincidence, but it is a huge red flag to me. And, when I am coaxed over to this board via a PM by the prime pumper, that is another huge red flag. I wish you all the best with this, but it doesn't appear to be a promising investment to me right now. Rather, it appears to have been pumped up.
I am not here to pursuade anyone. By the chart and OS alone, you can tell where this is going!
Check the chart in the stickies. That alone is important.
If these assets had value in excess of the liabilities then NexPrise would not be in bankruptcy. When was the last time anyone heard of there being any funds left over for shareholders following an "asset sale" by a company in bankruptcy?
Sounds good to me. I hope it goes to .50 Cents!
Pursuant to the approved bidding procedures, potential bidders interested in participating in an auction-style process for NexPrise’s assets, including its WebSpace and InfoPrise assets, are required to submit bids by March 30, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. prevailing Pacific Time.
All good questions goob83. And, before investing here we need to know what the likely value of the assets is, and what the liabilities are before we can determine whether the auction on the assets will potentially yield sufficient funds to have anything left over after the bankruptcy is settled. As with any bankrupcty, the shareholders are literally last in line to receive anything, after all of the secured and unsecured creditors are paid.
I am very suspect here, and am not willing to invest until I determine whether this is just a standard pump and dump deal. I was invited here by Wyokid via a PM, and am concerned at the lack of any fundamental and factual information and discussion on this board. It is all just "buy now before it is too late," etc. There is no substance or details as of yet.
