What are the listed liabilities in the bankruptcy proceeding? In order to determine if there is any potential value in these shares, we need to understand what the potential value of the assets to be sold is, as well as the level of the liabilities listed by NexPrise in its current bankruptcy filing, in order to determine any potential value in these publicly traded shares.

P.S. Wyokid - I tried to buy 50,000 shares yesterday between the spread at .028 after the bid dropped to .02 and could not get a nibble.
