I’m hoping they get this acquisition wrapped up with a positive outcome sooner than later but since it’s the holidays it will probably go into Q1 (my opinion). Unfortunately until then we won’t hear anything since there was an NDA signed. Hope everyone is having a great holiday.

I feel like I need to sit down over Christmas break and go through the entire year in more detail.

A quick read however did tell me that things were improving. Cutting costs and paying off debt is definitely a key factor to increasing revenue and I do see that happening.

The next one will be interesting and I'm very curious about the potential acquisition I've been hearing about.

The new Q came out. Less Revenue than 3 of the last 4 Q's. Less expense too, but still very disappointing. Has Sidney lied to us about the 150 locations? I can't understand the revenue, IF the new facilities, products & locations he's spoken of are true.

I sold most of it for the tax deduction, & will prob buy after 30 days. But if the 1/31/22 Q results disappoint, then I'll assume Sidney's been lying.

I hear you man, see what's been going on and I would LOVE to know the truth behind it!!

I too have a very large stake in the company and every .0001 hurts me a lot.

I really don't know what else to say or do at the moment other than be petient.

However, the financials are getting better and Neutra is still way underpriced/valued compared to its competitors trading at a higher pps. With much less or equal value.

This is all just my opinion based on my research. But I am still a believer!

The reason I stand by my theories for selling or trading of the NTRR is that if someone were to review the days' trades over the last few months, few shares trade and then on one specific day, it trades 100 million shares or in 3 consecutive days, it trades 250 million shares? Something is very questionable here as it is very clear to me that the sudden presence of 10's of millions of shares of bids is not a coincidence but rather a planned or arranged event on a specific day or days. And, furthermore, given the time of sells, it looks like one seller, maybe 2 at the most. Most of the sells are at one specific time which could indicate one seller and not many.

I don't care what Jim says. He can still trade the NTRR stock if he wishes. I am not bashing him or NTRR as I have many shares in the company. I just want the selling greediness to subside a little. I can see the buying and selling sweet spot for the NTRR is less than $.001 but if this greediness continues, in my opinion, the seller's piggy bank will close as there will be no buyers for his shares. If this happens, my sizeable investment will also be affected, likely to the downside along with the rest of NTRR's shareholders.

But, he has said time and time again that he has not sold ANY of his shares.

As a matter of fact, if he was/is lying he should/would be in prison by now.

Just more impatient folks wanting instant results as usual.

I definitely see improvement in the recent financials and know I'm not alone.

A big block was sold in August 2022, October 2022, November 2022 and now today, for a total of 700 million shares. I always look at the top who is selling. i think there are three possible scenarios:

1. Our favourite CEO has sold shares and arranged to have a trader friend go on the bid when Jim was ready to sell to absorb the shares and then his trader friend puts it back up on the offer for a quick $.0001 gain;

2. Our favourite CEO has sold his shares to himself in another account and then offers it back for a quick $.0001 gain;

3. Our favourite CEO was given heads up that another big block of selling was going to hit the market so he put the necessary amount of bids in the market and since he is not a long term investor, he simply puts the buys back up on the offer for a quick $.0001!

In my opinion, Jim needs to allegedly stop trading the stock. At some point, the well will become dry so he will need to build a real company that is sustainable.

Shows significant improvement from same period last year. Revenue stayed the same however costs were lower resulting in a reduction of loss from approximately 176k to 66k. If they can maintain the improvements with more volume and higher price, great results will be realized.

Yeah. Real strange the volume that traded in the 7s and 8s yesterday and then today nothing. They put up that ask wall and it discourages buying since people see volume and think that many shares isn't going to sell for it to be able to move up. We will have our day and my boat is loaded and waiting. Might just get a bigger boat to load some more if this hits the 5s again. Ntrr!!!

We picked up a couple acquisitions and expanded sales a good bit but still the pps just flounders around and can't seem to get any real traction.
