Huawei tried to make a push into U.S. They opened up shop and tried to acquire some U.S. companies. Federal regulators stopped that from happening then shortly after the announcement that the Huawei/Symantec joint venture was ending, Huawei announced that it was closing U.S operations. They are currently in the process of shut down.

agree... so the new Symantec exec backup line available this spring that was originally announced would be produced by both will only be made by NEI? Maybe reading it wrong, but this is not the same line as the netbackup 5220 already being made?

A closer look at the NetBackup 5220 reveals hardware monitoring and phone home features--sounds exactly like NEI Ace.

It was a breakaway gap and they do not always get filled but, based on Fridays price action it is possible that this gap will fill. It might actually be better if the market opens higher on Monday and rallies all day and leaves the gap there.

I'm thinking a more cautious approach to the Gap and the 200 day SMA but, a close above the 200 day SMA would provide clear sailing all they way back to the $2.20 - $2.40 area. Along the way however you need to be aware of overbought situation and possible reversals. I'm ready to take profits anytime a market appears to be ready to make a correction.

I doubt if that will happen. The average PE on the NASDAQ is 27.9. The PE on NEI is only 14. If they wanted to shoot something down, they would aim at SIRI with a PE of 200 or more.

Yes I agree, but the good thing about NEI is that I may enjoy a break to the downside here. I have more money soon, and I would not mind adding some at $1.03-$1.08. I think fundamentally, Downside risk is limited. THey earn a profit and are in the right sector.

Symmetrical Triangles can go either way. I believe this one will break to the upside but, at the moment I'm seeing signs on the 5-minute chart like it may try to test support at the bottom of the triangle before it makes a serious run at an upside breakout. Not to worry, it's just nervous energy at the end of the triangle.
