$NLST I assure you that HBM is 100% netlist's greatest opportunity to become a successful company. Limited access to this business, total control between sk (our partner) and samsung (our enemy). I would say that Samsung's damage is growing exponentially and an opportunity like this will never happen again. Everyone will have to work 200% to make NLST's HBM patents valid, only in this way can we say we have gold in our hands. not even the 912 is that powerful for increased value.
if the 912 is found on all 12 million servers sold every year, hbm as you can see from the photo, has an exponential increase in use and can be used in more fields.
Previously, SK Hynix forecasted that by 2030, its HBM shipments would reach 100 million units annually
Netlist made 16$ for every HBM unit in the Samsung case. Both Samsung and sk are doubles their HBM shipment every single year! Numbers speaks for us, in less than 2 year HBM will be more important than 912 (my opinion)

$NLST We are focused on the BOC trial at this moment, there are many different scenarios that could play out ,most in Nlst favor.Any outcome other than Samsung prevailing will result in Judge Gilstrap finally setting the Samsung royalty rate (mentioned in a recent filing) for the 463 case!This is a pivotal point in my eyes! Don’t forget mediation is going on in the Micron case and if it fails I expect Judge Gilstrap to do something unexpected,as many have observed in the past how he operates!Judge Gilstrap seemed like he wanted this case and cases settled through mediation. I think he will come up with a way to help the cases along if that doesn’t happen !(IMO)Whatever the scenarios that play out,we don’t have to wait very long now to see the results! Good luck to true longs! I am on go if needed in Marshall!

You also assume the patent owner puts up a decent fight against validity every time. IMHO our judicial system needs to be overhauled there needs to be time limits put in place to settle these cases much sooner than what is in place now.
makes it quite of obvious why they use every attempt humanly possible to stay out of court or going crying to ptab!

The Recap not working and preventing me from making docs publicly available is really messing with my abilities to share and explain things/filings. Any input/ideas that can help would be appreciated.
I have an Apple IMAC running older OS Monterey—which worked fine till Recap update—though initially it also didn't work for about a month, then magically did.
I guess I can always post a bunch of screenshots of each page—this instance would be about 20 per doc, but that's hard for folks to read, and ideally it's best to use the link to the actual documents.
Another thing I'd like to do is figure out how to make video/audio with screen share, but without having a Youtube channel.
I will keep trying though, and hope it starts working after a bit of time, like when I initially started using it.
NLST BOC case Motions In Limine & Final Pretrial Orders were filed. Since updating Recap Ext it hasn't worked... paid for doc and can access, but can't make it public—I'll keep trying. If I knew how to post video without Youtube, I'd love to show & walk folks through the complex docs.
Netlist mostly got what they wanted on KEY issues, with stipulations for Samsung otherwise... which is pretty good considering what Samsung tried. Must read to understand, or let it play out.
