$NLST We are focused on the BOC trial at this moment, there are many different scenarios that could play out ,most in Nlst favor.Any outcome other than Samsung prevailing will result in Judge Gilstrap finally setting the Samsung royalty rate (mentioned in a recent filing) for the 463 case!This is a pivotal point in my eyes! Don’t forget mediation is going on in the Micron case and if it fails I expect Judge Gilstrap to do something unexpected,as many have observed in the past how he operates!Judge Gilstrap seemed like he wanted this case and cases settled through mediation. I think he will come up with a way to help the cases along if that doesn’t happen !(IMO)Whatever the scenarios that play out,we don’t have to wait very long now to see the results!
