Kennedy damages discussion for micron 1 $23.42 per unit for micron 2 $46.70 incremental royalty rate of $70.12 the proposed royalty rate was $89.24 but it looks like Kennedy settled on the $70.12. I think all those numbers will make everyone very happy because if you remember we ended up with about three quarters of Kennedy's estimate during the Samsung case

Samsung wants sanctions against Netlist about ONE document that Netlist wanted to put on record in the court yesterday. The Samsung attorney droned on and on about Netlist Mr Park making up a name for Netlist end customers for 100,000 unit orders they wanted to place, trying to make himappear that he was a liar. Mr Park said Mr Knuth from Samung told him to make up a name so he could process the orders. This conversation is the conversation I've put here first. The 3 documents I'll put in the comments is the Redirect Examination from Mt Harbour, Netlist attorney, where he wants to introduce Mr Parks notes from his conversations with Mr Knuth from Samsung. Samsung is mad Mr Park made notes, they weren't counting on that. Samsungs lawyer ask Park on this front page "You see any reference here to Mr. Knuth saying he wants you to give him a story?" WELL, the notes he made does. That's why you take notes!
