We've had this discussion before. They are her shares. She can do whatever she wants with them. I don't believe her sells are driving the price of this down.

I'm quite sure that anyone who was getting shares at regular intervals (at $0) as part of a salary package would sell them regularly too.

I know what you're going to say. "It doesn't look good". For myself, it doesn't matter. Her sells are eyewash.

I'm sure she hates Samsung, Micron and Google as much as the next shareholder. Lets face it. She is cashing these shares in at between $1 and $2, when if these guys had treated NLST right, they should have been worth $50-$100 a share.
