Well I'll tell you she doesn't have to sell them because if she did she wouldn't be holding 282,933 shares already.

Like I said. If you were an employee of a company, and you were getting shares at regular intervals, as part of your salary package - at ZERO cost? Would you say to yourself "Oh geez, it won't look good if I sell these shares - I'd better not".

Unfortunately, those RSU's are distributed according to the schedule in the plan. Has nothing to do with them knowing NLST is about to win. That would indeed be insider trading.
