I was prepared to (short MULN) when they pulled off their last RS. A broker saved me from getting clobbered as the stock shot up for a few days immediately after. I would have been hurt in that one. I stay away from serial conmen like David Michery aka “Mr. Man Boobs”
He will be very popular in prison, which is where he belongs, in my opinion. I look for him to be traded among the inmates like a pack of cigarettes. He deserves everything coming to him. Much like Sterling, in my opinion.
If your good at shorting there's been good money to be made on MULN. 🤣. Take a look today though, currently up 38% today, nice upswing from 2 days ago when it hit $2.40
Yes, I am crude, obnoxious, useless, white trailer trash, GED garbage, but rarely inaccurate. I’ll take that as a compliment, thank you.
I believe at this point in the company's history you are mostly correct in a crudely way! Nobody in the company smart enough to pull it off economically given the expensive approach to growing shrimp.
Sorry, that is how I understood it, but I am used to getting called many unflattering names, only to be proven correct almost 100% of the time. I hate to see folks get taken on OTC scams. Let me not leave out MULN on the NAZ, another huge share selling criminal SCAM.
I didn't call YOU that, but you know whom (and there's a group) I'm talking about. BTW, I'm not a believer in all doom and gloom for NSI's future, yes mistakes have been made that don't require harping on about ad nauseam. BUT, NSI still stands a really good chance of making good one day!
This “no brain clown, basher” has predicted long ago where you presently sit with this sub penny piece of crap share selling promotion.
I would agree the important stuff for investors is not being said by NSI!
Noted counsellor, I'll take that under advisement.
Sometimes the things not said are the most important. ;)
Respect is not my goal and certainly not from the basher, no brain clowns. Truth seeking is my goal and always has been. I'm just an investor.
You gained respect today
I scarcely post my DD. Call this Revenge of the Donger! 🤣
I had thought you to be an insider, but no insider would have ever posted this.
Because I'm not one the the clowns posting chit here!
That's no surprise! Lol
Why do I believe this ?
Yes I am aware, that's why I saved the pictures and video. I debated saying that publicly but it is the truth. In hindsight I should have deleted it, too late now. Discretion is the better part of valour. Thanks EQ!
As you know, I call out BS from both sides. You better have proof and knowledge that a known SHMP employee was dumping shrimp in a field. Repeating something that isn't true makes you just a guilty as the person who originated the post. That can cost you real money in a lawsuit.
Anybody know if this is connected with NSI?

PDT, MF, Tomato / Tomatoe. Mortality rate vs Survival rate. In my opinion the 78% SR stated in an Investor Presentation is labeled "PROPOSED" they might as well have added in can, might or may. 😆 I propose NSI's survival rate is always varying, the aquaculture expert I talked with suggested NSI's survival rate probably has been 0% and as high as 93%. He/she suggested an average 46% would be a prudent constant average to consider when doing DD. There are pictures/video circulating of NSI employees dumping large volumes of dead shrimp in an Iowa field, I have seen them. There is no doubt in my mind some NSI employees have made some mistakes in the past, but it seems to be getting rarer. I don't think NSI will ever release their average survival rates until they have the entire process perfected (from PLs, feed, the Tech, employees, perfect tanks, water sensing, etc) and outshining all other producers of farmed shrimp.
JIMBO, I KNOW YOU'RE BUYING HERE, GREAT TEMPTATION, IT'S OK YOU CAN TELL US !!
Moving goal posts again or you just have crappy reading comp.
The original premise was "What's the mortality rate?" "They've never said it." What's the Number?" "Nothing."
I posted the link becaue it proves you're full of chit.
Forget the truth of the substance, it just goes to show you don't read or care about actual facts, old or new.
MF, are you confused dude??
Why would you link a presentation that proves everything I ever said on this forum
and proves your long winded posts to be worthless... Just read that presentation..
Over 90% proved already false and the rest is just a matter of time...short time...
Did I miss the $43 Million in revenues for 2023????
How old is the SHMP promoter Peter Maxfield from the SHMP FB group ? Anyone know ?
Looks like they failed miserably to meet any of their targets in that presentation. The $245 million market cap and .41 share price was a good laugh too.

Doth protest too much. The psychological term would be "projection." PDT actively participating in misinformation while accusing others, without proof, of the same.

Thank you Anvil the answer
As you and I and Utah Flash knows...NOTHING...
Maybe I missed something, but what that have to do with mortality rates?
How about I answer your question, which, BTW, has been answered several times. They WC city complex is only at 40%. They need the capital to finish the retrofit. Simple....
MF, I called you a Cheerleader
I suggest you leave integrity out of the discussion and try and deal with the numbers
in NS filings.... changing the subject is an art NS and its proxies perfected...Distract and print...
Numbers don't lie, People do....
I started the conversation talking about NS shrimp mortality rate.... So far in few posts your contribution
is limited to referring me to read some power-point presentation...... any thoughts of your own to why they produce
so little shrimp?
All he does......
I'm an NS proxy? I know you don't have proof of that. Defame much?
Can't take someone seriously when they have no integrity.
Utah Flash, Just as wrong as MF..
The only real Record is their official filings, Last 10Q says $30k+ shrimp sales, About 60,000 shrimp...
which is a real number and I used it to calculate the mortality rate... What they say elsewhere is
meaningless and for the most part lacking truth ..Like most of your posts
"They have gone on record with their numbers."
JIMBO WHERE ARE YOU SENIOR ?? NEED YOUR OPINION ON NVDA BUYING SHRIMP !
WHAT DO YOU THINK ??
Wrong again MF
The difference between you and I MF is I read all the company official filings and
base my questions and conclusion on the numbers in such filings... You and the
rest of NS proxies read company presentations to potential sources of money...Which
explains your defense of an investment in a stock that went from 90 Cents to 1
"Here's the difference between you and I: I like to operate in the world of what is know, not what is believed. I'm not hiding behind anything. You're just fictionalizing to maintain your narrative. Very disturbing behavior."
Go look it up yourself. It's in writing.
Utah Flash, You
type way to much without saying anything...I asked for a number or a range...
You talk like a politician...
They have gone on record with their numbers. It does appear from industry sources that it is a moving target. From what I can gather, it is trending in the right direction for NSI. Also, a big determinant of the mortality rate is in the initial quality of P/L's received from the contract hatcheries..
"6 Million PLS bought, about 60,000 shrimp sold... 99% mortality rate
3 Million PLS bought, about 60,000 shrimp sold... 98% mortality rate
1 Million PLS bought, about 60,000 shrimp sold... 94% mortality rate"
Do you have proof that NSI has taken delivery of that many PLs? If you don't, then your conclusions are utter speculation and you have no idea whether it is based in factual reality.
Here's the difference between you and I: I like to operate in the world of what is know, not what is believed. I'm not hiding behind anything. You're just fictionalizing to maintain your narrative. Very disturbing behavior.

MF, You stated
Months ago, The 2 Million PLs bought monthly would show Mortality rates in the 10Q filed last, Now
you are hiding behind NSI's representation... you do the research... I'll just process numbers...
6 Million PLS bought, about 60,000 shrimp sold... 99% mortality rate
3 Million PLS bought, about 60,000 shrimp sold... 98% mortality rate
1 Million PLS bought, about 60,000 shrimp sold... 94% mortality rate
It was Easterling who put the purchase of up to 2,000,000 PLs is a company release... Not any of us
There's a power point that NSI created that makes a representation as to mortality rates. Therefore, like everything with this company, the issue is whether you believe NSI's representation.
"Can you provide us with a number? or any evidence or information indicating otherwise?..."
You obviously have not done a thorough job at due diligence. It's not another person's job to do your research for you.
Also, I'm right here. I've been here. You should try to be more observant.
Utah Flash, What is the shrimp mortality rate at NS farms?
Whenever this question is asked, NS and all its proxies leave the room...
Not as important as Moses topics, But answer the question.....
All my calculations under different scenarios keep on coming back with a number
north of 90% which renders farm and technology USELESS...
Can you provide us with a number? or any evidence or information indicating otherwise?...
The other cheerleader M.F said who would reserve judgment on issue until he sees that last 10Q, Last 10Q came
and gone just like MF....
JIMBO...JMBO....I SEE YOU'RE RESORTING TO DIVINE INTERVENTION ; GOOD THINKING !!
MOSES IS GOOD; HOW ABOUT JESUS ?? YOU'RE THE LIMBO MAN, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT SENIOR.
Moses said eat more shrimp. Another attempt to distort the truth from the one statement B teamer.
Moses says buy more shares!
JIMBO.....JIMBO.....WHERE HAVE YOU GONE ?? PLEASE I NEED MORE BULLSHIT FROM THIS BOARD......POST ANYTHING !!
INTERTAIN ME !!
Moses says buy more shares! Idiot
THERE YOU GO BUDDY....THAT'S THE SPIRIT !! YOU AND JIMBO KEEP LOADING UP ;
YOU NEVER KNOW !! MAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYBE !!

NaturalShrimp, Inc. (OTCQB: SHMP) announced today that it completed testing its patented technology to grow shrimp indoors with onsite Shrimp Lot 180.
“The method worked extremely well and maintained the water control parameters within acceptable limits through the grow-out period,” said Bill G. Williams,
Chairman and CEO. With the results and the hard data now recorded, the acquisition of additional new systems will allow NaturalShrimp to facilitate roll-out
and expansion by adding additional harvests to present capability. This new equipment will enable NaturalShrimp to increase operations, while at the same
time providing additional R&D development for continuous innovation. The Company said it anticipates issuing additional news about its partial harvest soon.
The Company said it was cleared to harvest shrimp on February 21, 2019 by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD). The TPWD is a Texas State
Agency. The TPWD also conducted an onsite inspection of the shrimp and the Company’s production facility on February 22, 2019. (Article is linked above)
