$FUTU actually turned profitable in Q1.
wheeee..
Pump and dump scam: During the period from June 15 .20 price, then july 17 prices ranging from .50 highs and .30 lows into Oct 15 2015
" On September 10, 2015, the Company issued 600,000 common shares in payment of $35,026 of accrued interest on the variable rate senior secured convertible debenture."
This scam shorted its self by dumping 600,000 shares @ .05837. while the following period, up until these were dumped, into Oct 15 2015, carried prices of .31 too .50.
at the greatest during the previous 90 day period before this scam dump, the lowest price was .13 cents until the pump to dump began in june.
Yet what contract inside of this scam has a discount of 75% off the lowest price in 90 days?? Albeit, I warned long ago, citing this dumping of a nickel!
a selfless scam dump for $35,026 flipped into (@ average .40) $240000 6.85 times the money!
And yet it carries forward, Spencer and his pack of cronies continue gutting people for every scam share they can skirt under the door. Exactly what they did during the pre-spin off days with their podcasting scam, post spin china scam. And yet, all are continuing to reward themselves with shares, bonuses and annual payroll, bleeding common shareholders with BS!
Hopefully Futu can manage to expand its operations with an acquisition- they attempted earlier in the year
The healthcare operation as a public company on its own doesn't appear viable long-term.
12/31/2011
Assets 2,231,531 versus liabilities of 137,185
9/30/2015
Assets 1,112,050 versus liabilities of 2,622,405
(Derivative liability of 1,293,423)
well done... we had some rough days in that process before it got better but that was one heck of a rollercoaster
Getting close.
Made good $ here... .02 to close to .50, can't ask for more than that lol
Spencer strikes again:
F3 deal terminated.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=68858290&symbol=FUTU
This stock will probably go back to .10
Spencer is a sociopath. I don't trust him any further than I can spit.
$FUTU
I don't think it's a big issue. Read the last line of the statement.
The net effect of the adjustment to the restated financial statements for the quarters ended September 30, 2013, March 31, 2014, June 30 2014, September 30, 2014, March 31, 2015 and the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2014 is the timing
amortization related to the non-cash discount on the convertible note payable, and timing of underreporting of the non-cash gain on derivative liability, resulting in no change in total equity as of March 31, 2015
Spencer strikes again:
On August 10, 2015, the audit committee of the board of directors of Future Healthcare of America (the “Company”) concluded that the Company’s unaudited interim consolidated financial statements as of September 30, 2013, March 31, 2014, June 30, 2014, September 30, 2014 and March 31, 2015, and for the quarters then ended (the “Interim Financial Statements”), and the audited consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2013 and December 31, 2014, and for the years then ended (the “Audited Financial Statements”) should no longer be relied upon.
lol, that was the strategy create loyal shareholders make them wait to the point they need Home Health care and then capitalize on the relationship.
Only took us close to 3 years of waiting LOL!
Touching on .45 cents today- boy low floaters can be unpredictable and move on air.that's why its usually good to buy and tuck a few away when there is nothing going on because if the company has adequate cash and isn't diluting - the moment they want to spark things and get some positive activity there aren't many to go around.
Supply & demand lessons are usually played out. This stock has been once heck of a rollercoaster both bad & good these last few years

"I don't trust Chris Spencer further than I can spit."
It's another niche spin that Spencer is offering F3. No doubt what so ever, Spencer has conned the F3 guys into a capital funding enterprise.
Spencer: "I know how to dump stock on suckers to raise funds so you can buy another stupid butt 3-d printer."
F3: Yeah because, we're so screwed right now playing on our niche we'll be bankrupt. While we may have been in 1st running by printing out a scaled model, it's a no brainer that nobody could corner the market in scale model 3-D printing."
Spencer: "No problem give me the reins, in capital funding and our pump and dump team of investor's relations I can sell bananas to monkeys who live in a banana tree jungle."
It's the same ploy and set-up Spencer screwed people time after time in every venture he's dumped. 'Trend-scams'

Business Description: Through trained health care professionals, FHA provides home care services including senior care and pediatric nursing; physical, occupational and speech therapy. FHA offices deliver quality home care and treat each patient with genuine compassion, kindness and respect. FHA provides health care professionals at all skill levels, including registered nurses, therapists, LPN's and certified home health aides. FHA derives is revenue from multiple payer sources. These include Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, Medicaid LTW, and Private Payers. The healthcare team is utilized across all payer sources, including staffing services. Our customer base comes from referrals from hospitals, rehab facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and previous patients. In additional to our professional team, we employ a management team at each facility to handle the day to day direction of the office. This is provided by our Administrators. We also have a Director of Nursing in each location. This person is responsible for the day to day oversight of the service providers and ensuring the certified professionals obtain the necessary training to maintain their certificates as well as the training necessary to be in compliance with all regulating organizations. StaffingFHA provide nurses, nurse aides and management services to hospitals, prisons, schools, corporations and other health care facilities. FHA?s success is based on our ability to recruit the best health care professionals and the responsiveness of our local managers to fill the needs of our clients in a timely manner. Additionally, we work with our clients should they decide they would like to hire our service professional on a full time basis. Another key to our success is the personal relationship that our management and sales team build with each of our existing and new clients. As noted previously, in order to reduce turnover of our service team by providing as many hours as possible, similar to the hours of a full-time employee, we utilize the same service team members across all payer sources.Less >>

$FUTU DD Notes ~ http://www.ddnotesmaker.com/FUTU
Has anyone looked at f3? These guys are impressive and currently doing business with google, apple, disney, bp, chell, chevron and over 200 other companies. My eyes are open.
Agreed ! I think part of this is Spencer potentially wanting to distance himself from the FUTU name and symbol which carries a resemblance of the FU symbol post spin off.. just adding TU
Trade opportunities should definitely be available with a float this low it can move quickly.
Spencer is becoming the spin-off guy
The sad thing is FUTU is a profitable, cash flow positive company that is now changing entire direction. So what if care facilities are boring, they were making money. Now a non binding LOI for a new direction. Doesn't exactly exude confidence.
Plus we have Spencers record to contend with. His rep for taking Fab down is haunting FUTU!
Trade FUTU smart, stock moves easily and should provide some excellent opportunities for trades.
FUTU guess Spencer is buying again
Yep Its tough to say... Its possible Spencer & Jim Rogers both got duped on the other company.
Jim Rogers was on that "other company" board and it appears he is a very astute investor who has been around and he seemed all in.
I guess Time will tell- It may have just been the Asian counterparts.
Not sure yet what the game plan on this one is
something very fishy. the news was on e-trade. now it's gone.
it was a non-binding letter of intent that involved some convoluted scheme to acquire something, then spin something off.
I don't trust Chris Spencer further than I can spit.
Whatever the eventual transaction, it will be engineered to enrich himself and his cronies at the expense of the general public.
He is a sociopath.
$FUTU
News- maybe I'm seeing things... is that news
That's what I said - his Chinese operation.
There was no mention of Spencer in this article. Only the people responsible for the Chinese division.
Spencer's Chinese operation:
http://www.bizjournals.com/pittsburgh/news/2015/02/11/fab-universal-chairman-detained-in-beijing-chinese.html
10K out today. Looks like they are still planning an acquisition.
Management has identified two acquisition candidates including a healthcare specific digital advertising network and a company with a new method of drug delivery. While Management anticipated a Letter of Intent in the fourth quarter of 2014, one was not entered into due to business negotiations. Management continues to work on these transaction opportunities, and while there can be no guarantee of success, we foresee entering into a Letter of Intent to acquire at least one of the companies in the first quarter of 2015, at which time we will file a Current Report on Form 8-K disclosing the material terms of any such transaction.
I think all issues arised from the Chinese- does Spencer hold some responsibilty for a deal with them- yes- but he ran a public company for many years without issue and not long after the deal with the Chinese side is when issues- bond from Chinese side- owners of the machines in China with pirated content on them etc.
This is the American side of the management team here and its a completely different entity here.
You can have a company with 200 employees and a presence in USA/China and the team in China does things that were completely unexpected- in the meantime auditors etc. have verified the cash on his other company is very real but no doubt its a mess..
See you at 50+ cents
This scam will be the next fraud of your CEO: Spencer and his cronies to be caught red-handed..
Spencer's other scam; Fab universal FABU is now, not simply delisted but ordered by SEC to be removed, period, end of story, bye, bye.

somebody painted the bid with 1 share... nice one..
Market cap is still only a measley 1.7 - 2 million so if they can bring in some accretive aquisitions maybe we can visit the 40's-50's sometime in the near future
:)
More insider buying at .14 looks like cfo feels no pullback coming
Yes you are correct the RSI is high... but I think this company might bend the rules a little bit in some areas- mainly the share structure There just arent that many shares to go around and because the company was basically dormant in the stock world for the last 2 years the bottom was dramitically oversold given that it was trading under half of the value of the cash on hand just a few weeks ago and they now look to be beginning aquisition plans it could be a continued move once announcements of aquisitions start to unfold- If they can add revenues they can also be north of 25-30 cents pretty quickly and given the timetable below with only around 45 days or so I'm not concerned about the rsi as much as I am being on the sidelines and missing a move to higher levels in this case
"From the Q - Management has identified three acquisition candidates including a healthcare specific digital advertising network, a company with a new method of drug delivery and an adult care center. Management is in the final stage of negotiations with these companies, and while there can be no guarantee of success, anticipates entering into a Letter of Intent to Acquire at least one of the companies in the fourth quarter of 2014."
Cobra, my bad... meant to say overbought not oversold. Sorry to the board for any confusion.
Been watching this all day every day.... Something tells we are in for a big treat very soon
Cobra, looking at several RSI indicators (e.g., 5 day, 10 day, etc.), what are your thoughts about whether this is oversold at present?
congrats- Shares are becoming harder to come by and we still havent even had a real catalyst yet.
Good, thanks. Yup the time has finally arrived!! Up we go :)
hey hows it going... long time.. should get more interesting once they start up a business plan with aquisitions/news etc. the share structure should make moves higher very easy.
the time might have finally arrived..
That's excellent news...letter of intent to acquire any day now
How is it going Cobra?...looking very good here now

Quarterly is out. Numbers don't look good, but they are buying out another company. This may explain the rise in share price this week.look for more news soon. This can still pop higher
GL
great share structure- should be able to move up on a light breeze
Bout time... :)
So insanely undervalued and level 2 insanely thin more eyes on this we see a quarter fast
