From the Q - Management has identified three acquisition candidates including a healthcare specific digital advertising network, a company with a new method of drug delivery and an adult care center. Management is in the final stage of negotiations with these companies, and while there can be no guarantee of success, anticipates entering into a Letter of Intent to Acquire at least one of the companies in the fourth quarter of 2014.
