Looks like another failed attempt by a few to drum up a little pop in a shell failed and most have left the ship. Folks these days want facts and not rumors of SOS update on a company with a President who has previous penny history. Months have passed on this so called greatest RM that was good to go. Guess not. No big deal...these are all crap shoots anyway. On to the next.

Something strange - I put in a buy order for 8K shares at .05. 20 minutes go by, no fill. Call broker. He calls NITE. Nite says yeah, we see it, you'll get filled. 10 more minutes - order fills at .04 (bargain day)? 10 more minutes go by - trade does not show on my StockWatch data screen.

I plan to give this one 30 more days for SOS update to materialize. If not, no big deal....just will classify it as another shell with unfounded rumors. If there had been no claims of something coming I'd be more comfortable. But we have heard for months on end there will be a great RM.

I wonder if this is really going to happen? I saw mention of waiting post year end. Since we are in 2009...nothing will likely improve short term... so if this is real they might as well act now. If there is no real RM planned so be it.

That was the crews first one. They mainly did that to make some money tp pump out NMFS and CPHG. NMFS is their baby. CPHG had a OS over 80 mil so they had to do a RS. But to hook everyone up they gave 100 shares to all shareholders which many made 200-300 bucks off of.



NMFS already has the super low OS so there is no need for a RS. A FS is more likely.

The board of directors are just waiting for a good time to make things public. Its the new year and that was the main hurdle to get by. They did not want to put anything out due to the tax selling season. Right now it should be any time soon for the name and symbol change. Most dots and t crossing are done.
