As of February 28, 2014 and May 31, 2013 the Company had $0 and $575,000 of costs related to the acquisition of mineral interests on mineral properties located throughout the United States. As of February 28, 2014 impairment of mineral interest was recorded for $582,820, since the company abandoned the property on December 9, 2013 and 100% of the asset value is impaired. The Company has one active exploration project, the Silver Strike project.

Well i made close to 100k on it trading it the last two pumps. Now own a few hundred thousand around 4 cents. Yes im down but all it will take is some news they got their permit and this will go to 10 cents. May take a year but they have cash to ride it out. My guess is they will wait for tax loss selling to be done then game on

This thing is a turd and I don't think it's going anywhere except a continued downward death spiral. No news for months on drilling permits or graphene venture. No signs of any investor confidence. Yup. Trading ok. Looks like this is the floor. Buying everday. Someone likes it. Its a lottery ticket. News comes out on drilling cold easily go to 50 cents

I agree with you some what. There is constant selling every day but only around 1 to 2 hundred thousand a day. Thats just 5 to 10k worth of stock. Prob just small sellers unloading. In the same breath. Seems to be a buyer around. Could just be retail ave down but it could be the promoters loading up. Any news will rock it. Especially getting permits to drill

I agree, but this stock always seems to react negatively to positive news. Lots of selling today for no good reason. Need an update on that joint venture. Hopefully this thing will turn around. The industry is hot.

Balance sheet looks ok too. They have enough cash to last them to the end of the year. And no debt wih just 68 mil shares out. If they can get aproval to drill this thing could really move provided insiders have enough incentive (stock) to make it worthwhile to promote

I really think they will promote this thing again. Graphite is hot. This stock will be cleaned up. Any good news will rock it back up. Prob a great buy here. Good luck to longs!

The charts look good. On Daily, RSI poking above 30 line, Volume increase yesterday, PPO crossover and +DI and -DI starting to converge. The pinch seems like its underway and nice accumulation at this level. On weekly, volume has been decreasing on this downtrend. This week closed green. Just my thoughts. I may be horribly wrong but looking good for next week and some good profit.
