If this goes down 7 more cents ,im selling..
If you look back further, say 3 months, you'll see that the pps had already been in a fairly steady decline and the so called "pump" had zero effect.
Wow just looked at the 1 month chart - what a scam this promo was. A real bagholders nightmare!!!!
What! what! where have all the cheer leaders gone?
Need some news to bring some life into this
because it is a pump and dump run by a part time CEO that was previously criminally indicted for stock fraud
Losing faith here. Anyone have any insight as to why this thing has been tanking?
Please let me know when your going to PUMP this one again in advance..
Someone has also sold a lot there
Someone has sure bought a lot of shares at .12
Promo done. They need drilling permit
Re You state that the CEO was indicted for a pump and dump scheme, but was he CONVICTED?
The paid pumpers that were on your board are some of the same ones that were on another company board that I am invested in. I don't know if you can gauge their success on short term day to day prices. I think the idea is to annoy established investors (jk--sort of) and to bring awareness to a broader investor audience about the company. But it does look like they have moved on to other company boards.
thats enough for me!!
NGRC was promoted and still is.
"or how about the CEO that was previously indicted in a pump and dump scheme?" I almost guarantee ken was not involved.
pumps are made to increase the trading volume so that insiders, promoters, related parties and consultants can get rid of their shares
how did the pump work?
besides, the paid promoters posting the other day are known as "the third string gang" for their lack of effectiveness on a promotion.
Yeah, some pump. We went from .17 to .13 in that time frame. Great job, guys!
so............ the approximate 200 pump posts by the paid promoters pumping this stock that occurred on June 21st is not enough prove for you?
how about the hundreds of thousands of dollars paid to promote the stock in hard mailers?
is that enough prove?
or how about the CEO that was previously indicted in a pump and dump scheme?
is that enough?
For sure. Despite what some are saying, I don't see evidence that this is a pump and dump. The daily volumes have been so high that there has to be a strong public holding now and it's unlikely that insiders are manipulating with any effect. Yes, they've hired an annoying promo team who are spamming the sh out of this board, but I think this company is legit IMO.
Nice start to the day
I'm still here. I think you, me, and Thanksforplaying are the only ones.
Are any of the old share holders around that were here before the board was taken over?
yes, this is a pump and dump. several email floating around unfortunately :(
buy big please. Maybe I can get my money back. LOL. Best of luck to ya.
What is going on here, is this a pump and dump? I might be buying in heavily, I think this is the real deal.
Management's goals are to impact the American and Canadian mining community through strategic exploration, a sustainable business plan and enhancing shareholder value. NGRC
$NGRC It breaks into minute, flexible flakes that easily slide over one another. Mineralogists call this basal cleavage. This feature is the cause of graphite's distinctive greasy feel. It is this greasy characteristic that makes graphite a good lubricant. Because it is a solid material, it is known as a dry lubricant.
$NGRC Feyerabend directly oversaw the ultrasonic treatment of the sample material which yielded a dark gray powder with graphene characteristics.
$NGRC Jun 18, 2013 (ACCESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- LAS VEGAS - National Graphite Corp. (OTCQB:NGRC) is pleased to announce the results of testing and analysis of a field sample collected by William Feyerabend, CPG a qualified independent geologist. The sample was taken to demonstrate the presence and grade of the graphite on the Company's Chedic/Voltaire Property in Nevada. Graphite carbon analyses of the material by SGS North America Inc. yielded a grade of 7.0% graphite
$NGRC Crystals are uncommon, but when they occur, they are found as rough, six-sided (hexagonal) flakes, as in the drawing.
$NGRC It is estimated that the world reserves of graphite exceed 800 million tons. China is the most significant graphite-producing nation, providing nearly one-half of the United States' annual graphite demand.
$NGRC It is black and has a black streak. (Streak is the color of a mineral when it is crushed to a powder). Its softness and streak make graphite useful in making "lead" for pencils.
What an interesting product with so many uses!
NGRC
$NGRC Pure graphite is a mineral form of the element carbon (atomic number 6) and its symbol is C.
$NGRC Lump graphite is more compact than flake and lacks the distinctive flaking mentioned earlier.
$NGRC in nature, graphite is found in two distinct forms, flake graphite and lump graphite.
$NGRC National Graphite Corp has supplied high grade graphite samples from the company's 100% owned Chedic Graphite mine near Carson City Nevada to the laboratory facilities of American Graphene LLC near Phoenix Arizona.
$NGRC Graphite is the only non-metal element that is a good conductor of electricity
$NGRC Graphene's remarkable properties, including high conductivity, mechanical strength and high specific surface area make it an ideal material for electrochemical devices used in clean energy applications.
$NGRC Lump graphite is imported from Sri Lanka. Graphite resources in the United States are very small.
$NGRC LAS VEGAS, June 3, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- National Graphite Corp.
