I do not believe that NNBP is on the way out. I think that the market makers are just moving the price down so that they can acquire more on the cheap. The 50,000 shares traded ($15.00) seconds after the market opened today would look bad to someone who does not believe in the stock....or someone who cannot get a reliable Bid and Ask...but as you pointed out the ASK is pretty much unchanged. I believe that this stock still has a huge potential....and since the insiders have over 50% of the shares it does not really matter what the shares are trading at....if there is a takeover or a merger.

be a buyer at the close that brings the

I agree, I would assume that some kind
of "deal" is in the works. 20 plus years of
research and extensive patents are a reason to
be hopeful that this company will be sucessful.
Are they going to sell out totally or partner?

Nanobac TX is a wonder drug on it's own,
the patented versions would most likely work much better
and target many more disease states caused by
Pathological calcification.

Stockwoman, I cannot conceive of a reason why management would not sell the valuable patents....they own or owned the controlling interest in NNBP. You and I both know that the company's drug is a potential blockbuster.

We are going to see how good management is, are they
going to take one of the most important medical
discoveries and capitalize on it or are they
going to go bankrupt taking the patents down with
them?
They were about to merge with a genomics company
in 2008 when the capital markets dried up.What are
they up to now is the question. As long as the stock
trades i am hopeful. We need some news from the company
any news will do at this point that they are still
in business and conducting nanoparticle research.

NNBP is one crazy trading stock!! It fluctuates hugely but I know every time I check the volume its gonna be crappy.
I wish NNBP would come back into favor with traders
I would buy more but not with the spread it has now.

It seems to me that with so many of Big Pharma's profitable drugs going off patent .......that they would jump at the chance to buy NNBP. Where else are they going to get a company with incredible patents for a drug which actually cures people rather than just mask symptoms?

interesting is that Gary Mezo's
company Nanobiotech.us has a facebook

His company markets Nanobac TX, Urobac
Dermabac, the already approved nutraceutical
version of Nanobac's product line. They are getting
a lot of PR on through the news networks lately
as you can see.

Nanobacs patents are still with the company,Nanobac
Gary Mezo was a large shareholder of Nanobac
stock in the last 10Q that they filed. I am assuming
that he is still a major stockholder.

Are they using nanobiotech us as a PR conduit
while deals are worked out for Nanobac? I just
can't imagine that they would let a company of
Nanobac's potential go dead. Anyway that is why i
am here. Hoping for a RM or the like.

The Acc/Dist line on the chart went from negative to positive coincident in time with that filing. I would imaging that is because one possible reason for filing the form 15 is that it would be a necessary precursor to a RM.

It is the Tampa way...after they buy the volume they dump into it. This is just the typical Alex Edwards Tampa stock...period.

I have been watching very carefully and there has been no "pump" from Tampa or anywhere else.[color=red][/color]. I have noticed that most of the time there have been very few shares available at the ASK. (often only 5000 shares) It appears that there is a significant imbalance as to the number of shares available at the Bid and Ask.

Just look at the track records from the management and you'll find out all you need to know about NNBP...Use any pumps to unload shares - this has Reverse Split written all over it just like the last Tampa play GRWT(ALTFD) which as you know has been and still is halted by the SEC.

37% up is a pretty good move for the day!, volume was more than 4x average. This is quiet accumulation and I would prefer it stay in this range (volume wise) on a slower rise vs. huge volume than full retrace. This is building new support as we speak. 004 is fully in sight now.
