I do not believe that NNBP is on the way out. I think that the market makers are just moving the price down so that they can acquire more on the cheap. The 50,000 shares traded ($15.00) seconds after the market opened today would look bad to someone who does not believe in the stock....or someone who cannot get a reliable Bid and Ask...but as you pointed out the ASK is pretty much unchanged. I believe that this stock still has a huge potential....and since the insiders have over 50% of the shares it does not really matter what the shares are trading at....if there is a takeover or a merger.
