I am a shareholder in Amerossi Energy Corp (AMRR), and I will like to know whether the company is still in business.
Also, please advise me on reorganization that took place in July 2007, thus;
(i) AMER was deleted on 7/31/07 and my 100,100 shareholdings are now restricted.
(ii) 10 shares of AMRR was issued to me, and these are tradable.
Please advise.
Up ten percent today!! Approx. 9/10th of a mil. shares traded. High volume.
Well I now pronounce this POS dead. 1000 to 1 r/s will definatly kill it. Management wants to get the pps up on this POS then they should do some real mining work. This probably was a scam from the beginning.
Eric, check out the Capital Hill Gold (name prior to Amerimine) message board.

A sad after hours Pr. Did you read it? What did you think? Eric M./Houston, TX.
Happy holidays to everyone on this board!
This issue was down 12% with 24K traded. Need some more positive pr's released.
Up 50% today! I got in at a much higher level! Down quite a bit! Have owned this issue for about a year. Any thoughts about future direction. Nigerian news? Is it even "real" news? Any thoughts?
Yeah, tackler, I tried calling the CEO up on that one...no answer/response. Sounds pretty shaky to me. If I weren't so busy with other things, I'd keep trying to call. I figure if CEO was really serious, she'd give me a call back. Caveat Emptor on AMRR!
It fell 41% on Oct. 24th the next day volume spiked to 1.8 million.
No news? I guess a stock like this isn't supposed to make sense.
Hammer?
It's a bit top heavy... but, why not. It's black, and the award was handed out late in the day.
fringe
Does that last candle qualify as a hammer?
This chart AMRR caught my eye. Just looking at the latest release got my head spinning a bit though...
Amerimine Resources Notified of Bid Award
2005-10-10 11:04 ET - News Release
DENVER -- (Business Wire) -- Oct. 10, 2005
Amerimine Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:AMRR) announced that it
has received notice that its joint venture consortium, through a
Nigerian LCV (local content vehicle) was awarded a 2% interest in
Block OPL 332. The Operator, which holds the 90% interest in the
block, is Mustang/Sahara Energy. The award is subject to various
conditions, most significantly the payment of a signature bonus of
$51,500,000 by November 2, 2005. Neo Energy's payment obligation would
equal its percentage of ownership in the block. In addition, the
letter from the Nigerian Ministry of Petroleum Resources is addressed
to Deeten Oil and Gas Ltd. and Neo Energy Limited as collective 10%
awardees. Amerimine's joint venture interest is as assignee of UJIMA
Energy Corporation, which is a 50% owner of a joint venture named
Kenquip Nigeria Limited. Amerimine understands that Kenquip Nigeria
Limited is the assignee of Neo, but Amerimine has not yet received
copies of the written assignment and does not have information as to
the extent of its responsibility to pay a portion of the $51,500,000
signature bonus. A copy of the bid award and the joint venture
contract can soon be viewed at Amerimine's website,
http://www.Amerimine.com.
Over the next five years, one in five new barrels of oil on the
global market will come from the Gulf of Guinea, and more than $33
billion will be invested in the region, 40 percent of it from American
companies, the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International
Studies estimates.
About The Company
Amerimine Resources' (formerly Capital Hill Gold) strategic
objective is to obtain controlling interests in petroleum, uranium and
other strategic and precious metal properties with excellent
exploration potential for economically significant to world-class ore
deposits. AMRR has acquired rights to several mineral exploration
properties with uranium, gold and silver, and is actively negotiating
for the acquisition of additional properties.
Can anyone explain that first part to me?
Is the deal dead since the payment was due November 2nd?
I would like to know more about the uranium potential. Or was that just thrown in because uranium is sexy?
LOL ...we all make mistakes, especially at one in the morning! Thank for catching that. I'm not in AMRR right now, but it's one to watch. Are you in?
dude, why do you post a chart for ALTX here, shouldn't you post one for AMRR ???
