Was Yoel Goldfeder the Med Gen TA during the time Dworkin and Noveshen doing their deals?
Yoel Goldfeder???????
I take you boys know who Yoel is?

Seems Paul Kravitz was never up to any good. http://www.ftc.gov/sites/default/files/documents/cases/2001/03/medgencmp.htm
So the FTC goes after Medgen and Paul Kravitz in 2001. In 2005 Medgen/Kravitz crosses paths with Dworkin and Noveshen. Were they "consulting" promoting or getting funding for the same stop snoring product that the FTC previously said was BS?

Vegas meeting?
Would that have been 2006 along with Murray Goldenburg?
When I was watchin ECMH in those days and talkin with Robins he was stayin at Noveshens house when he came to S. Florida from the Panhandle. Honest businessman? Might wanna talk to those who ousted em.
He was in China. Tryin ta give away the rotary engine technology to a company there that his Chicago buddy reped in the US.
Robins S. Florida digs was his Mom's place. Boca I believe.
You from Canada via Vegas bro?
The supposedly saying that
Claims to be a Presidential Medal of Freedom winner. LOL, A real lowlife. CEO filed for personal BK while UNVC was in default to NIR for $600k. So NIR loaned UNVC another $60k (LOL) and the BK went away.
Not that there was any relation between the two
Bobby Cohen seasoned professional what?
Ribotsky brought in Cohen after Dworkin and Noveshen got caught doin side deals with the funded ones.
Noveshen found those that would play ball. Dworkin said ok we'll fund ya but ya need to use the PR Team Noveshen will provide. NIR fundin was completed. Noveshen got 10% and the additional PR fees demanded prior to fundin and Big D and Noveshen split the take. Meanwhile the got dumped or shorted that came in via the conversions.
If I were doin an investigation I'd focus on those who got convicted and talked. That would be Dworkin and steven Humphries of SSEV who shared an office with Mike Gelmon. Add Domestic Securities and investigate.

What's the deal with Bobby Cohen at UNVC?
Was he paid in shares from portfolio companies? I don't understand why he would allow his name to be used in a non operating shell in default to NIR.
Not only in default to NIR but state and local tax liens on the shell that haven't been touched in 3 or 4 years.
Free PR service, so did some einstein hijack the guys name along with the shell? everything about UNVC lately tends to be anonymous and free services.

UNIVEC Announces Appointment for Chairman of Financial Advisory Board
Owings Mills, MD, July 03, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Univec, Inc. (UNVC) a specialty pharmaceutical company, announces the appointment for Chairman of the Financial Advisory Board ("CFAB" or "Chairman") Robert M. Cohen of Revolution Investment Management based in New York. Mr. Cohen will be responsible for overseeing operations in finance. With over 32 years in the investment industry Mr. Cohen was Founder and President of Robert M. Cohen and Co., a full service brokerage firm specializing in investment banking , research and marketing making.
David L. Dalton, President and CEO of Univec stated, “We are delighted to have reached this agreement with such a seasoned professional. Mr. Cohen's expertise will lead the company's financial operations and funding process for expanding and moving forward.”
Look at the Medgen connection.
Funds were laundered through Medgen via consulting fees. I believe the 2008 Q has about 800k worth of these consulting fees. Who consults with a company Medgen that claims to produce some stop snoring BS product that never sold.
Drill inta those underlyin docs that support the 800k and you'll get to the Noveshen brokered, NIR funded deals. At least a small portion.
The rest that you posted on is just indicative of the Noveshen mentality. Drill into the Medgen crew as well as Ajene Watson if ya wanna see behind the curtain regardin the NIR scam.
Could be the one and same Arthur N Robins. If so, interesting.
As for Noveshen & Bridgewater, would have to go back to PACER and take a look at the docs.
ps Art Robins did not strike me as being a con-man but you never know. Unlike Ken Owen who had CON MAN written all over him along with his old partner in crime, Murray Goldenberg.
You may be right. Even if it is the same Robins I am not knocking him, in fact I think he was a solid business man I met him too once in Vegas. He probably had no idea all of this was going on behind the scenes in his name. His involvement seemed to be very little. I haven't confirmed yet but if it was Arthur N Robins notices of tax liens were sent to his ex wife I think west coast of Florida. She responded with forms claiming she had no idea of this matter and that Arthur had been in China
Speaking of the Bridgewater case what is that about? I gathered trademark issues. But I saw Noveshen went after them for Emotional Distress? But that Florida doesn't recognize that unless there is bodily injury.
That MAY not be the same Arthur Robins who lives in Gulf Breeze Florida - far from Hollywood FL. Also, I do not see that there are any open cases remaining in the Broward County Courts with Noveshen.
There is one case open on PACER. Noveshen vs Bridgewater Associates
I met Art Robins a few years ago at the Miami Boat Show. Seemed to me like an ok guy trying to make a go of the XBoard.
A tangled web Envision Capital has spun a smart investor might want to run...
Was looking for clues to the pre and post-NIR business ventures of Eric Noveshen and Art Robins. public financial statements, business documents and many many many lawsuits provide a ton of information. This may not be the tip of the iceberg..seems the web of deception began at the same time Noveshen's windfall of money from NIR began to come in. There is a pattern of hiding assets and hiding businesses.
Here is SOME of what court documents show:
Ralph Desiano Plaintiff vs. Envision Foods Inc Defendant (Broward County Case Number: CACE08033630)
AND
Envision Foods Corp Plaintiff vs. Cosi Inc Defendant (Broward county case # CACE10038086)
Eric Noveshen in 2006 buys the rights to open Cosi restaurants in South Florida for somewhere in the neighborhood of $500,000. He was probably flush with cash from NIR deals. Noveshen hires Ralph Desiano a restaurateur with a solid record of turning an profit to run his Cosi sandwich places. Part of the deal, according to court papers filed later in 2008 by Desiano when he was not paid his salary, is that 'Envision Foods' was to be incorporated in Desiano's name. Seems Noveshen did not want the business registered in his name – which will later lead into possibly how Arthur Robins became involved in Eric Noveshen's other food/bar type of business HR Ventures.
Envision Foods Registered in 2006 with Eric Noveshen listed as the CEO/Registered Agent at 401 E Last Olas Blvd. 14th Floor
April 2008 the registered agent of Envision Foods changes to Ralph Desiano @ 401 E Las Olas Blvd 14th Fl.
Another RED FLAG- June 29, 2007 Envision Foods Inc (Eric Noveshen) becomes a managing director of another Envision company – Envision Cobblestone LLC and the registered agent is - Christina Kitterman!! the attorney from Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein's law office who is serving five years in federal prison for impersonating a Florida Bar official in a hoax that helped Scott Rothstein keep his massive investment fraud alive.
http://articles.sun-sentinel.com/2014-05-20/news/fl-rothstein-kitterman-sentenced-20140520_1_christina-kitterman-scott-rothstein-valentin-rodriguez-jr
Envision Cobblestone, Envision Foods and Envision Capital are all listed at 401 E Las Olas Blvd. 14th Floor.
Envision Cobblestone, Envision Foods and Envision Capital have two other business addresses where HR Ventures is publicly associated with… a PO box in Fort Lauderdale, FL and an address on a 10th Ave. in Ft Lauderdale – the listed owner is a Cheryl Wilson. Yes Noveshen's Mother, the woman identified by Allen Licht's (Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. (SMEV.PK)) now infamous lawsuit. Licht alleges Noveshen encouraged the company to hire his mother Cheryl Wilson as the accountant and she was put in place more to report to Noveshen and Ajene Watson than to handle the books legally. Licht spells her name wrong, not sure if he may have intensionally been given her wrong name or his misspellings resulted in this lawsuits demise.
https://www.scribd.com/doc/112739347/Watson
Noveshen is also connected to his Mother in several contract indebtedness and foreclosure lawsuits....
American Express Centurion Plaintiff vs. Cheryl Wilson, et al Defendant (Eric Noveshen is Defendant) Broward County Case Number: CACE08025623

Stay with me folks, fast forward to 2008 – Noveshen/Envision Foods never open Cosi after leasing several locations. Ralph Desiano files suit against Envision Foods with several allegations including a mentions of questionable business activity by Envision Foods attorney of record lawyer Christina Kitterman and personal activity by Christina Kitterman – she apparently submitted a false declaration in Noveshen's divorce case not even related to his presumed fabulous income. The world now knows how truthful Kitterman was. Lawsuit notes a patterns of professional dishonesty and patterns of Noveshen of hiding business in other peoples names to avoid detection.
Getting to HR Ventures... (there were several other lawsuits as a result of the fallout from the Envision Foods Cosi deal all – handled by – Eric Noveshen)
KRG Pembroke Pines, LLC vs. Eric Noveshen – Broward Case decided against Noveshen and he appealed the decision against him to the Florida District Appeals Court.
from www.4dca.org ---- 4D11-3412-Eric L. Noveshen v. KRG CREC/KS Pembroke Pines, LLC
Here is Where HR Ventures comes in....Eric Noveshen goes into business with another one of Christina Kitterman's clients, Andy Kostas and his company Automatic Slims Holdings. Social media and stories of another fallen Florida financial industry member – Jeffry Rubin – show that Automatic Slims circa 2006-2008 was the place to be, the place to party and the place to bring unassuming investors to lure them into making bad decisions.
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nfl--raucous-lifestyle-leads-to-fall-of-jeff-rubin--former-financial-adviser-to-nfl-players-.html
Andy Kostas lures Noveshen into a deal for a Envision to loan money to Andy Kostas to open a third Automatic Slims at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. It is not known why but Andy Kostas drops off the map in 2009 when “HR Ventures” becomes the new registered Owner Agent that operates Automatic Slims located at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
The registered owner of HR Ventures is Arthur Robbins @ 5749 Seminole Way Building 6,8. Around 2010 HR Ventures enters into a mortgage agreement with Med Properties VII, LLC a Miami company for a payment of $115,000. The secured property being a Quota Alcohol Beverage License.
They must have used up all of this money because a year later in 2011 a “Removal of Tenant” lawsuit was filed against HR Ventures.

A settlement was reached and signed by Eric Noveshen and his counsel Jon Polenberg – the same attorney that represented Envision Foods in Envision Foods vs Cosi (Broward county case # CACE10038086)
Ralph Desiano finally got a judgement against Envision Foods in January 2013 for $145,602 for his back salary and arbitration fees. Who knows if the poor guy ever collected. Other's who invested work and money into Eric Noveshen or Envision Capital HR Ventures of the rest good luck seeing a return on your investment.
It appears every legal action and applications that are done for HR Ventures are handled by Noveshen and that Arthur Robins might be more of a silent partner or just a name for Noveshen to hide behind like Ralph Desiano was for Envision Foods and Christina Kitterman was for Envision Cobblestone LLC. What is Eric Noveshen hiding from??
Yus. Out with old in with the new

Oy Vey, woog.
Plese tell me it isn't true.
Sure they're connected bro.
Robins and Noveshen go back to 2005 at least. That's with Encompass so it could be ever longer.
The promissory note was a kickback for NIR funding. The dudes at ECMH that eventually kicked Robins' ass out did so because of these deals and his attempt to give the developin technology to China via another friend of Robins in Chicago.
Post those HR Ventures, ATF and Noveshen docs ya have. I'll comment and likely a couple a others here who know will too.
Noveshen is the key link between NIR and the funded companies.
Robins once told me his guys knew what he was doin before he did it. That was the most insightful thing he ever said ta me. The rest was complete nonsense. He wouldn't make a good Chess player.
Fishy - Yes, but was it Kosher?
They are connected somehow. The address listed as HR Ventures/ Arthur Robins is at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino complex. There have been a number of lawsuits against HR Ventures/ Art Robins since the company was started in 2009 for violating a lease (non payment) and an eviction in 2013 by the Seminole Hard Rock that listed both of them. These lawsuits are often answered by an "undersigned attorney" Eric Noveshen. There are also documents of investigations by the bureau of alcohol and tobacco addressed to HR Ventures Arthur Robins and Eric Noveshen for violations that were satisfied by Noveshen. Doesn't say what the violations were for.
It seems their business relationship went back as far as 2006 with Encompass Holdings or may have even began there. In the annual report of Encompass on page F-15 there is a mention of a promissory note to Envision Capital LLC. Annual report also mentioned New Millennium so i guess everything ties back to NIR.
http://quote.morningstar.com/stock-filing/Annual-Report/2006/6/30/t.aspx?t=PINX:ECMH&ft=10KSB&d=3f1687983cdb8e0
It's just fishy
Now that's interestin bro.
It's been years since I talked with Robins. Had no idea he was associated with Noveshen.
The beef the ECMH dudes had with Robins was that he was givin all the development data to his Chinese friends. I'll be lookin inta this Noveshen connection now.
PD, how did Arthur Robins fit into the NIR - Dworkin - Noveshen puzzle? I saw on an older post of yours on the Encompass Holdings board that Robins connected somehow. Now it seems Robins works for Noveshen's Bridgewater Advisors company. Was Robins also a deal finder for Ribotsky?
http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/ConvertTiffToPDF?storagePath=COR%5C2011%5C0920%5C50352265.tif&documentNumber=L11000107550
Overlooked? Maybe.
Some wanted it that way.

AJW v HLNT case gettin better all the time.
If you ck the Highline Technical Innovations board (HLNT) you'll have some fun readin. There is a deposition of David Walters and his companies set for this month in that case. I see the HLNT pumpers are now on to tryin ta pressure Senator Mimi Walters, Dave's wife. who is runnin for office again.
I did an expose on HLNT over two years ago and told them what was comin their way. As you can imagine it was not received well by the HLNT spin machine. Today they seem to have entered panic mode as you can see here and the call by one dude to start sendin info to some dude runnin againt Mimi in order to presure her husband to cooperate of somethin. Kinda strange since Walters was the CEO of HLNT. Strange in that they brought Walters name inta the case in a Cross Complaint where the court has dismissed AJW and New Millinneum, the actual lenders of record. I'm sure PWC could care less what Walters does or what happens to him. He's not on trial. HLNT will need to file a suit namin it's ex CEOs in order ta rock his world and I hope they do. Problem is it will do nothin for the FORECLOSURE of HLNT that PWC has started with the filing ofv their initial complaint.
Seems some think that bringin up ECMH another NIR funded company will potentially shut me up from postin about the HLNT sham. Watch how well that works.
Another depo is scheduled for June 21 in that case. HLNT is deposin another of their exCEOs on that date. A dude named Steven Humphries who was convicted of securities fraud in 2010 per a high profile FBI sting opperation. They claim both Walters and Humphries were in bed with Ribotsky and crew. While this dude Humphries was in FBI hand another convicted felon who was a director at HLNT stepped in and named himself the sole director of HLNT and it's new CEO. That dude Mel robinson has now fled HLNT after the AJW suit got to hot in the kitchen. Don't get me wrong, I'm delighted that Walters and Humphries will be deposed and will testify in court regardin their involvement with NIR. There's so much dirt in this case a normal person would just throw up his hands anf quit doin DD. The interest to this board should be that HLNT claims they can tie Walters, Humphries, ribotsky and Dworkin up into one little corrupt team. Cool dudes, do it. Now the present CEO of HLNT who was appointed by the fraud felon Robinson has formed a new company with other HLNT directors to sell their product. The spin is that HLNT will go private. Spin because PWC has all assets of HLNT tied up in the usual contracts we've all seen and discussed many times. The lenders AJW and New Millennium have been dismissed from the HLNT counter claim. Now these bright boys are claimin there own CEO's did the damage and there for they pray that all NIR debt will be dismissed in court. Any idiot can see that won't happen. Their elected officials aren't NIR or are they? I'm bettin the public never sees word one from these depositions. We will see what we've seen posted today about those who report facts on HLNT. The only company in the NIR portfolio I've found yet with more ties to the dirt than NIR itself. We'll never see a trial for that reason. In fact, the perps at HLNT are about ta walk on their shareholders soon along with any sales potential. At least they'll try. PWC is playin it smart. sayin very little now. That will change if they don't get the keys to HLNT real soon. When they do the NIR investors will get to see how PWC does with company management and share conversions.should get interestin. The latest tactics to shut up the DD facts guarantees it.
I trust ya on Feds front. Where do you look for the original court docs from the NIR case Noveshen is mentioned in? PACER maybe? Corey & Dworkin's depositions are online but I cannot find Noveshen's do you think he just got overlooked by the FEDS once they got Corey and Dworkin
Sting time.
Noveshen worked directly with Corey through Dworkin if that makes sense. Dworkin and Noveshen just cut deals together behind Corey's back. That's why Dworkin got canned. Feds know all about Noveshen, trust me on that.
Noveshen worked with Watson too. Bornstein I'm not sure about. Will look into his deeds soon.
Get woog and JJ to wade in on this one. Both live in that hood, S. Florida.
Too bad Novshen is adept at covering up his past at least from web searches. Many things about his involvement with Dworkin and NIR have been removed from public search. So Medgen provided fake PR that was a prerequisite to getting funding from NIR. After Dworkin was fired Noveshen still obtained NIR funding for EDWY and SMEV, was he directly dealing with Ribotsky at that point? How do Ajene Watson and Israel Bornstein fit into the NIR-post Dworkin games? Both were part of the Edooorways "dream team"'and SMEV with a connection to NIR. Noveshen is now working with them separately, Watson is on othm and Noveshen is working with Israel Bornstein of Platinum Management NY. The deal is to get Platinum to fund Multaply a social media company Noveshen works for in ft Lauderdale. The company seems a little late to the game but it fits Noveshen's patterns to promote with fury companies that offer nothing to investors except pricey PR when the pr dollars going into his pocket.
Noveshen was always in the middle.
He's the broker of the NIR fundings or better yet theft of their investors.
Look at the Dworkin testimony. Ribotsky's too.
What got Dworkin fired by Corey is that him and Noveshen were sharin broker fees. Dworkin knew it was all a scam and just rubber stamped the convertible debt financing brought by Noveshen to NIR in order to split the fees. Fees of 10% of the deal.
Also worked through MedGen to shake down some of the funded companies. Dworkin as the NIR responsible dude would call up a company needin new funding and tell em they needed to use some of the procedes to hire a PR Group. Noveshen would bring in the MEDGEN guys and pass them off as the PR team. Pay em 50k to PR ya or NIR won't fund ya. MedGen buried it on their books as consulting fees. I got plenty a info on that game. Noveshen designed it and him and Dworkin split the take.
All they gotta do is sit Dworkin down and ask about the above. They'll get answers if they ask.
Is it possible Noveshen snaked his way off the radar of those investigating NIR? Or he was too low on the totem pole? Seems he's still up to his old ways... Sec overlooked him for the nir mess, noveshen got out of the SMEV mess because the president of the company didn't have the muscle to hold him accountable. Now he's off to milk OTHM. Great what NIR created!!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=106792543
I concur with that
Say what Woog?
It's buy your shell time now? The stupidity that rules around the pinks is friggin classic. Load up on the lipstick.
Has anyone successfully purchased NIR/AJW debt from PwC?
What price did was paid?
What about "front man" Noveshen???
Haven't seen Envision Capital or it's founder Eric Noveshen mentioned yet. Not since the original court docs were filed. This is the dude on the street who worked for broker fees. Did both Robotsky's and Dworkins bidding. Need ta ask Dworkin about this dude before they're done with him.
Fraud Dropped against Garber,Yellin, Feinstein
The Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) announced today that three individuals Jordan Feinstein (“Feinstein”), Danny Garber (“Garber”) and Kenneth Yellin (“Yellin”) consented to an injunction, without admitting or denying the allegations in the Second Amended Complaint filed by the SEC on August 13, 2014. The injunction prohibits Messrs. Feinstein, Garber and Yellin from selling unregistered securities in violation of Sections 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities Act of 1933. Such violations do not require a finding of intent or recklessness.
In its Second Amended complaint, the SEC alleged that Messrs. Feinstein, Garber and Yellin ran afoul of federal registration requirements in their sales of unregistered securities, by selling such securities after obtaining attorney opinion letters invoking various regulatory exemptions from the federal registration requirements. Under the terms of the settlement, Messrs. Feinstein, Garber and Yellin are required to “neither admit nor deny” the SEC’s claim that the exemptions did not apply.
On December 21, 2012 the SEC announced through Press Release 2012-78 that it had filed a complaint alleging that Messrs. Feinstein, Garber and Yellin and another individual engaged in a “fraudulent penny stock scheme” and in so doing obtained, “approximately $17 million in illicit profits.” Further, in its 2013 Agency Financial Report at p. 137 under the heading “Actions Related to Market Manipulation” the SEC again repeated that the abovementioned four individuals were alleged to have “conduct[ed] a fraudulent penny stock scheme.” . . . and made “approximately $17 million in illicit profits.”
Of the alleged $17 million in profits, the final judgment filed yesterday requires Mr. Feinstein to pay a total of approximately 2% of this figure in profits and pre-judgment interest and a penalty of $25,000; Mr. Garber to pay a total of approximately 5% of this figure in profits and pre-judgment interest and a penalty of $25,000; Mr. Yellin to pay a total of approximately 2% of this figure in profits and pre-judgment interest and a $25,000 penalty; and the fourth individual to pay approximately 5% of this figure in profits and pre-judgment interest and a penalty of $25,000.
The SEC abandoned its claim of “fraudulent” conduct and never alleged “market manipulation” in any complaint, contrary to the claim made in its Agency Financial Report. All prior complaints filed before the Second Amended Complaint were dismissed.
The case was pending before Judge Shira A. Scheindlin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, under the case number 12-Civ-9339.
Messrs. Feinstein, Garber and Yellin were represented by Ira Lee Sorkin and Amit Sondhi of Lowenstein Sandler LLP.

Dworkin sentencing delayed once again, to 5 Nov.
07/22/2014 27 Letter by the government, dated July 22, 2014, requesting an adjournment of the sentencing as to Daryl Dworkin (Paes, Winston) (Entered: 07/22/2014)
07/25/2014 ELECTRONIC ORDER as to Daryl Dworkin re 27 Letter from government counsel requesting adjournment of sentence currently scheduled for 8/1/14; advising that defense counsel consents to adjournment request. Court approves adjournment request. Sentence rescheduled to 11/5/2014 at 10:30 AM in Courtroom 10A South before the undersigned. SO ORDERED. Judge Raymond J. Dearie. Dated: 7/25/2014. (Mulqueen, Ellen) (Entered: 07/25/2014)
The govt's letter:
Dear Judge Dearie:
We write to respectfully request an adjournment of the sentencing in the above-referenced matter, which had been scheduled for August 1, 2014. At the June 3, 2014 sentencing proceeding, the Court asked the government, inter alia, to provide information about the steps being taken in the civil context by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to collect on its judgment in the related civil matter against Corey Ribotsky. The government is in the process of obtaining that information and needs an additional sixty days to provide the Court with a comprehensive report on the requested information. Based on the foregoing, the government respectfully requests that the Court adjourn the sentencing to a date in October 2014. The defendant, through his counsel, consents to this request.
Respectfully submitted,
LORETTA E. LYNCH
United States Attorney
Eastern District of New York
("Judge Dearie" - wasn't that from an old Monty Python skit?)
thanks SMF
Guys. Where is the list of the NIR -AJW funded corps?
Is DIBZ on the list ?
I don't think Dalton is much concerned with fraud
He claims to have been awarded a US Medal of Freedom. That's a pretty high honor and good records are kept of recipients, not to mention media coverage. No record of any such award given to him.
Also, with Univec in default on $600,000 to NIR and Dalton filing for personal bankruptcy, NIR floated him another $60k. Dalton then refused to turn over his tax records to the trustee and the BK was dismissed. Kept his house. (though his homeowners assn has a lien on it now)
Dalton (or someone using the his and the UNVC name) was putting out share buyback PR's when UNVC was years past insolvent and had no operations.
Dalton's entire family has collections cases against them. They seem allergic to paying bills.
IRS and Municipal liens on UNVC mean that company will never possess any cash ever again.
