Ribotsky brought in Cohen after Dworkin and Noveshen got caught doin side deals with the funded ones.

Noveshen found those that would play ball. Dworkin said ok we'll fund ya but ya need to use the PR Team Noveshen will provide. NIR fundin was completed. Noveshen got 10% and the additional PR fees demanded prior to fundin and Big D and Noveshen split the take. Meanwhile the got dumped or shorted that came in via the conversions.

If I were doin an investigation I'd focus on those who got convicted and talked. That would be Dworkin and steven Humphries of SSEV who shared an office with Mike Gelmon. Add Domestic Securities and investigate.
