yes interestin' play of jeff digenova in this shell.
consider this and the timeframe. we find that jeff was issuing shares before the 49ers of APRIL 19TH

2/7/11 NHS ISSUES 150MM SHARES TO JR D
2/4/11 NHS ISSUES 7.25MM SHARES EACH TO LAMPERT AND CARLTON

now we can see a little better as to what was going on, and this can be noted to him who addresses the 49ers
