When asked about NCTI this is what Wayne Darvill had to say:


I am not associated with NCTI at all these days. I couldn’t tell you who is. I think they shut their doors.

I did license the Artera software years ago from Artera and still maintain the clientless network version (hence the name: netArtera) for my own customers.

What this means is I do not deal with any Artera software clients that used to get installed on individual PCs. I only deal with customers that install the clientless software on their own servers in their own networks who then redirect the HTTP traffic to those servers using Cisco routers running WCCP v2.

This is why it is riding since this morning.

You might want to read the posts on this forum from August of 2009.

That was the same thing people trying to pump this stock said back then.

That was the last time this dead stock has seen $.0008/share.

They were even more misinformed back then. They thought this was a Nevada business entity.

The fact that NCTI got slapped with the Caveat Emptor sticker today right before the close I think is more telling of where this stock is headed. Probably the Grey Sheets then revocation not too far down the road.

and despite lots of pumping through the afternoon the stock stalled out at 2:15 today then dropped from there.

good luck if you decide to play with this POS stock, but I think you are ignoring the history of this stock and it will probably burn people

Pro Tech evaluated various options for its non-ANR operations and decided to exit this business based in part on continuing significant losses involving its non-ANR operations, as well as its continued belief that Pro Tech's future prospects will depend on the growth in demand for Pro Tech's ANR products. Pro Tech expects to wind up its non-ANR operations within the next 30 to 45 days. Management anticipates NCT Group will recognize a one-time charge of approximately $468,000 in connection with this action in their fourth quarter 2006 financial statements. This estimate includes both cash and non-cash expenditures. The estimated portion of the exit costs that will result in future cash expenditures is approximately $170,000.


You quoted their business description from 2005. Six years ago. You'll notice on the site you took that business description from that some of the officers they list also resigned in 2006 and 2007 and 8Ks can be found filed by this company in 2006 and 2007 for those resignations.

NCTI shut down shop entirely not too long after that 8K.
