Got an email here from Wayne Darvill the COO of Artera Group Inc.

Artera Group Inc is no longer associated with NCTI either.

Wayne Darvill moved on with his company which became netArtera Solutions

When asked about NCTI this is what Wayne Darvill had to say:


I am not associated with NCTI at all these days. I couldn’t tell you who is. I think they shut their doors.

I did license the Artera software years ago from Artera and still maintain the clientless network version (hence the name: netArtera) for my own customers.

What this means is I do not deal with any Artera software clients that used to get installed on individual PCs. I only deal with customers that install the clientless software on their own servers in their own networks who then redirect the HTTP traffic to those servers using Cisco routers running WCCP v2.
