After the "audited" financials for year end 2023 there was $415 (four hundred fifteen dollars) in the bank.... What kind of buyback would that look like, 1 million shares?? The PR would probably cost more.

This CEO is all over the place and I dont trust him with a penny of mine (literally)!!! I no longer own shares here and probably never will again after watching how this CEO acts!!

yes you are right and its only from a select few that have a certain agenda for that company. I would love to hear more opinions, especially when comparing our stock to SONG.

I see SONG tweet all day and PR just about twice a week, but I dont see results from SONG... I literally think the opposite of our other ticker together. 2 PR's in 2 months, and no tweets promising or disparaging anything or anyone!

I’m still confused on the $415 cash on hand. How can that be with millions in net revenue? If they have so little cash on hand how can they do a buyback, unless it’s with the 300k plus out of the convertible note referenced in the financials?

I'm not sure that would happen. According to the tweet, he basically said that if the price didn't start reflecting the revenues, he would do that RS to bring it to 30K shares right? It went down nearly in half today, so I don't see a buyback in the cards. We shall see.

SONG has a reverse split (stock consolidation) already announced.... KEGS doesn't have a reverse split announced but hopefully will get out of no bid organically like it did earlier this month and stay out of no bid once and for all!

I didn't buy that at that price another guy did got filled at the bid 27 million shares for 18,900.00 I am not that stupid I just bought a few this morning on the drop I only put 200.00 into it after the drop just for the fun of it,this will eventually go back to .0007 in a month or two with updates then I will cash in my huge winnings 😁😂

the address for SONG is the same as https://colosseumcounsel.com/ which is on that marquee sign.. A couple of the lawyers that work at Colosseum Counsel are Independent Directors of SONG. That is probably why you dont see SONG listed there, but Colosseum Counsel is (3rd down on left).
