Hey Kswies and all, What excites me about this investment is once the banking situation takes a breather and the focus on EV revolution hits the mainstream media again......BOOM! $ALTAF share price will explode. The reason shares are hard to come by is nobody wants to sell. This company is a gem and could hit .10+ EOY with just a tad bit of positive news. The mining sector is a huge niche vertical...lithium is the new gold.

I did the same with $SYAXF a few years ago while Altura was still in the money because I have always like how the management hustles, that has paid off pretty well. They still have ambitious management and given the demand for the resources they are tracking down, I feel like there is a good chance and good opportunities for them to rise again.

Same issues discussed in ND in the 1970's with oil.

Some farmers did not want the oil company on their land they wanted to save their oil. The oil company would lease the land next to that land with large oil reservers and start pumping.

That is also when I first heard of diaginal drilling. It became a heated topic with adults that spilled over to the kids in school as well.

Now days there is directional drilling that slumberger uses. Slumberger is hooked up with pemif and Energysources in Nevada.

I thought about it long ago. I looked into the rules, it/they vary from state to state and federal rules for federal land..

Direct Extraction Study (DLE)
During the Quarter the Company received an interim progress report from Recion Technologies
(“Recion”) which provided positive early-stage indications of successful lithium concentration using
Recion’s ion exchange media (Media) process and FLV brine.
The brine sample used for testing was obtained from (417,213mE; 4,197,266mN; 1438mRL) near
surface (from 4.26m) of the playa at FLV and was expected to be highly diluted from surface water,
however the testing process focussed on lithium extraction from the brine type or signature of the
brine. As part of the next phase of DLE testing Morella will provide brine samples from reservoirs
identified in the Passive Seismic and MT surveys completed earlier in 2022. (Refer ASX announcement
Geophysical Exploration Update for Fish Lake Valley Lithium Project released on 22 February 2022)
The report has identified that two hours of absorption is sufficient to extract lithium from the brine
with extraction efficiency up to 95% using an absorption column configuration. Absorption column
configuration has been used in water treatment operations and is known to be scalable using
standard/commercially available equipment.
Extended testing saw high lithium recoveries, resulting in lithium concentration levels over 600%.
Kinetics Test
Morella provided a 20 litre brine sample to Recion in June 2022, initial testing was conducted at
benchtop scale, focusing on understanding how Recion’s Media process performed with the FLV brine.

Morella is pleased to provide an update on the Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) study being completed at its Fish Lake Valley Project by Recion Technologies.

The report identified that two hours of absorption is sufficient to extract lithium from the brine with concentration levels of 600% resulting from the two-hour processing cycle and an extraction efficiency of up to 95%.

Neither, they ($ALTAF) were froze for a period of time and then commenced trading. I have a buy order sub penny, given the recent swings a 4 or 5 bagger ought to be easy with enough volume. That or I may suck them up and hold 'em, that worked well with $DMNXF $SYAXF long and strong!

FISH LAKE VALLEY LITHIUM PROJECT

In 2021, Morella executed an earn-in option agreement with US-based Lithium Corporation (OTC:LTUM), for the right to earn a 60% interest in the Fish Lake Valley Lithium Project “the Project”. The interest will be earned through completion of exploration and development work over a number of years. Morella has further rights to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Project.

Located in Esmeralda County, west-central Nevada (Figure 1) the Project covers the entire Fish Lake Valley salt playa area and is 30km north-west of Albemarle’s Silver Peak Mine and 20km west of Argosy’s Tonopah Lithium project. Importantly, the Project is located in a known lithium producing region of the USA and presents an excellent exploration and growth opportunity for Morella.

The Project is approximately 60km from the town of Tonopah and is equal distance (approximately 280km) to the major Nevada cities of Las Vegas and Reno. Tesla’s Nevada Gigafactory is 37km from Reno.

They were previously in production while Sayona was the explorer. Too much debt when the bottom dropped out of lithium. Lithium dropped, seemingly on purpose just as China started sucking up all of those entities that didn't have enough cash to weather the drop. Great management, very ambitious, a get shit done type of operation. I feel like I want to buy more but not until we go sub penny, if we don't go there I will just hold what I've got. $ALTAF long.
