Corporation of Flight initiated contact with Dr. Moller and Director Jim Toreson today August 5, 2019 to create some type of deal to get Moller Int's stock back on track due to today's 10 day suspension by the SEC. Such a potential deal would naturally incorporate some sort of licensing of the www.splitpowerengine.com or some sort of buyout or operational transfer of Moller Int. COF is currently in communication with the U.S. Army for their Future Vertical Lift initiative.
We have concluded that the likelihood of Moller using his own money to bring financials up to date are ZERO, as he would have done so a long time ago. Additionally Moller Int is suspended as a corporation in California which provides another piece of info. Once the trading is permanently halted and the ticker symbol is taken away I believe that there is no coming back and all stock holdings of investors will be gone for good. Without some "new and practical" engine technology being incorporated into Moller's plan, the whole long term strategy of generating revenue from Freedom Motors to divert to Moller Int is a plan that has already failed.
Whether Moller will do the right thing and "do something" as opposed to doing nothing is anybody's guess.

What is the status of the potential offer to MLER?

Do you really think there are any details in the deal?
In any case, any 'details' released to the public is likely to be wildly optimistic and unrealistic, like we have seen in the past.
I mean, they couldn't stop the verbal diarrhea with the $480 million 'China Deal'. They even announced, not one, but two 5 star hotels that was going to be built etc. What on earth two 5 star hotels have anything to to with producing flying cars beats me, but they announced it...
Moller won't go the Electric route. According to him his rotary engines are the key. He even published a 1 page 'white paper' about how silly electric VTOL aircraft are. They have mentioned 'hybrid', though, but it is just words in case any 'green' investors are paying attention.
So nobody tried contacting David on the Alife deal? We need details.........
We could make a electric flying car, you never know
Maybe Tesla can buy us and used our tax losses and create a electric flying car
What they said what they do does not happen, feeling on this board
I apologize. Only fans are allowed to be condescending towards non-fans. So sorry bud. I forgot.
I thought putting the facts out there to help potential investors make up their minds are 'sticking to talking to this stock'.
Many of my posts that are deleted highlights Moller's lies and deceit. Not all of their missteps can be explained away and be blamed on someone else.
Do you even have the Shareholder Meeting presentations they published the last decade? Did ANY of you fans EVER ask Moller "What happened to...(insert whatever you want)". No, no you don't. Why not?
No, you leave the questions to be asked by Moller's critics and the you see the mere asking of questions as an attack on Moller.
All these "provisional orders for engines" Moller constantly talks about, did you guys EVER ask who these engines are supposedly wanted by? No, no you didn't. Why not?
Did any of you EVER ask "What happened to Singapore Technologies". No, no you didn't. Why not?
Anybody ask for an update on PCS? Last we heard of PCS was when David ask people not to make fun of them on the FM blog.
ANY if you ever ask about updates on their ongoing yearly goal of "Working with the FAA to...blah,blah,blah". Any of you even ask WHO they are working with at the FAA? No you didn't. Why not?
ANY of you ever ask about the 2016 "Business opportunity" with "Jon Feinstein". It's right there in their 2016 SH meeting presentation. No, no you didn't. Why not?
I think the questions are not asked, because the fans don't want to face the truth. Or, to quote "A few good men." You can't handle the truth.
Do you guys even care about this company or where you just betting this stock would be the next IBM of Apple?
I have 20 years experience in business management. I have experience in starting up factories and production lines. I don't work in software or fast food. I work in engineering. Factories. Production lines. Machines. Engines. Oil. Metal. I am the same type of business as Freedom Motors would be in. I'm telling you today. FM and Moller are years from producing engines in a facility. Years. Product wise. How they will finance it, I have no idea, but the doors opening for them are the wrong ones. I suppose the correct doors are being knocked on, but they remain closed. They would.
And the whole 'bet Moller's future on FM's success thing' is the corner they painted themselves into. No-one else can be blamed. Not even the junior lawyer at the SEC that is blamed for all of Moller's problems.
And you know what? That bet of theirs puts a Skycar in the air in decades only.
Dr Paul Moller doesn't have decades.
One thing I agree on with you, Randy, is that these electric aircraft may not be successful. I am not as critical of it as you, but I am not invested in their competition on the other hand. The thing is, eVTOL is a thing now. If they fail, then the last nail is in the coffin for flying cars. If eVTOL fails, then it will be generations before flying cars are attempted again. Moller needed to become successful in this craze or he is going to miss the bus.
No scam, just things did not work out, they debt will have to be Eliminated and this will make a great reverse merger, not many s o
That NO ONE is paying attention to
The hard work of a shameless pumper.......
Has anyone contacted MLER to receive more information on the Alife deal? David has been under the radar recently
Stock options, has to be since there is no cash AND no one has ever heard of MLER or FM
It would be "Laughable" if you did not start many of your posts with condescending, insulting or belittlement of shareholders, rather then sticking to taking about the stock
I see from the FM blog they hired an additional employee. My why question is how do they afford all these people on their payroll when there is no revenue being generated!? They must enjoy working for free or are using the company for a resume builder.
So will Moller reinvest that fire insurance claim into the company or will it go to his vacation fund?
Laughable. I do not need to attack shareholders, but I do see how pointing out certain facts to some shareholders can be seen as an attack depending on where you are standing.
Laughable. I do not need to attack shareholders, but I do see how pointing out certain facts to some shareholders can be seen as an attack depending on where you are standing.
Can’t we just all get along and one big happy MLER family!?
Your post only get removed when you attack, demean, or try to intimidate shareholders rather then taking about the stock,
Stick to taking about the stock, rather then how you feel about shareholders and you posts will all fall with in the guidelines of IHub
I expect this post to be deleted like so many of my others.
"they would have to get in line with the other hundreds of thousands who want motors"
This is exactly where you guys are making a huge mistake. Who are all these people who want engines? Who are they? Moller has been saying this for a decade or more. Do these people who wanted all these engines still want them? Did they just put their own businesses 'on hold' until Moller can get engines to them? Are they even still in business? Were they legit in the first place? LOI's and MOU's are not legally binding documents. Heck, a drunk fan could have sent Moller an e-mail saying he wants a million engines, and Moller would have grabbed his calculator knowing full well that the request is BS, but if backed into a corner he could have produced an e-mail. Or Moller could have lied about people wanting engines. He's been caught bending the facts to suit his needs in the past...Heck, he got into trouble with the SEC "for making unsubstantiated claims about the performance of the Skycar."
The business I worked for 5 years ago wanted a new reclamation plant from a local manufacturer, but the guy couldn't produce to our specs and we imported one. If the manufacturer goes back today and says "now I can make to your spec!", the response will be "sorry, we don't need it anymore...". See where I am getting at? You cant play the 'provisional orders for three million engines' card forever. I bet they haven't heard from most of those companies with all these engines needs in years.
These are the questions you guys need to ask, but don't. Stop blindly believing everything the company puts out there. Up until now nothing they have put out there has happened, yet you guys insist every time that 'this time is different'. To hope is one thing, but the type of hope some of the fans have is stretching it.
Another thing, and this is IMPORTANT. If a company has orders for 'hundreds of thousands' of engines, but lacks the funds to set up a production facility, Venture Capital companies will be falling over each other to get to the company. Somebody will fund the factory if huge sales numbers can be guaranteed. It's just good business.
But lets not get ahead of ourselves. Before talking production facility, lets talk PRODUCT. There is STILL NO EVIDENCE that Freedom Motors even has ONE engine that performs to the projected specs.
Someone said this on the board
I could not have said it better myself.
People, like me, who also point these things out, are constantly told I am "living in the past", but just as these people who accuse me of living in the past cannot understand where I come from, so I cannot understand how they keep on saying 'but this time is different' every time the company announces something new.
Anyway, I did not start out as a critic of Moller's business practices. In fact, I was arguably his biggest fan at one stage of my life. I defended him when people said he was a crook. I got excited when he announced test flights and deals. I bought stock, but never because I thought it would make me rich. All I wanted was to own a very small part of what I thought was the future of aviation and transportation. I wrote letters to Dr Moller congratulating and supporting him. I bought (and still own) the toy models that was available at a time. But I got disappointed one too many times.
Actually, it was e-mail messages between me and Bruce Calkins which pushed me to the 'dark side'. Those e-mails made it clear to me that many of the promises Moller announced stopped with making the announcement and that no actual planning went into it and no intention was ever made to honor said promises. It was all done with the eye on baiting potential investors. And by investors I don't mean Joe Soap buying a couple of bucks worth of stock, I mean big guys willing to put up the cash to perhaps sponsor a test flight.
Actually, if I was living in the past I would have been here defending Moller like I did at one time...
I remember Jeff, myself and another guy fronting attacks on Moller just after I joined the Yahoo group. I became disillusioned first, then the other guy. I cannot remember his name. We were also both asked to leave the facebook group after the $480 million "China Deal" fell through. A potential deal that actually had me a little excited, but I used the spike in SP to offload my shares. Good move on my part there.
Why would that be, just wondering if YOU know
The problem with anyone from Moller or Freedom Motors saying anything that cannot be independently verified is that they have absolutely zero credibility.
I have been following the antics of this company fairly closely for almost fifteen years. I've heard lots of things that they said they were going to do during this time frame. And I can only recall a single case where they said that they were going to do something and actually did it -- when they moved from Davis to their current location. By contrast, in the same time period they made innumerable announcements of joint ventures, planned production of various craft, public demonstration flights, memorandums of understanding to sell engines, annual objectives from shareholders meetings -- the list goes on and on. And not a single one of these things happened.
With this kind of track record, it's foolish to give an organization the benefit of the doubt. When they have such a long record of not doing what they say they're going to do, I can't trust a thing that they say unless it can be independently verified. I don't accept "This time is different" without some pretty convincing evidence that it really is. (Past positive performance is no guarantee of future positive performance, but consistent past negative performance *is* a good predictor of future negative performance).
They can claim that they have worthwhile rotary engine improvements that haven't been patented. I can't prove that they don't. However, given the long list of announcements mentioned above, that isn't credible by itself. Going by the evidence - no indication on financial statements of any investment in R & D, equipment almost completely depreciated (indicating little to no spending on equipment in the past decade or so), the fact that none of the numerous potential purchasers/investors thought that the company was worth purchasing/investing in, no indication that the company is capable of setting objectives and meeting them - My take is that either what they have isn't considered to be worthwhile by anyone that has looked at it, or alternatively, they don't have anything.
That "somebody" is the CIO of the company
No it has been consistent, trust but verify. I have been painted as something different by those who live the past and think nothing will ever change which then colors all their thinking 1, realizing not this is a HIGH risk stock 2, somethings have changed
Someone said they are going to file more patents, they put some off
Your tune on this page has recently changed. Are you finally feed up with Mler?
Until a check is cashed ... ZERO
I wonder about the dollar value on the last news release
Not enough volume to sell into yet.
No one will want to sell at these levels
I take it back. It's not Jeff.
No we do not, too many times we have seen what looks great to only have it not end well, this time it may work out there is different leadership at MLER, BUT Alife ran out of money and could not get its plan going the same CEO is running things, the Singapore market may have changed or any number of factors could have. There is not enough info yet
THEN there is the fact FM still has no production facility Alife could want a 100k motors tomorrow, they would have to get in line with the other hundreds of thousands who want motors only to be told sorry no money to tool up
They need to validate the news release and then we soar

*** TOP REASONS TO BUY MLER ***
The Rotapower® Engine
Moller International (MLER) has developed a lightweight cutting edge rotary engine technology, called Rotapower®. It is vibration free with twice the power and one third the weight and size of the engine it is replacing designed AND the company has developed for the first and only feasible, personally affordable, personal vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) vehicle the world has ever seen. (Flying cars called volanters the future is here!) It produces 3 Hp per each 1lbs
Moller International (MLER) has exclusively licensed its Rotapower® rotary engine production and distribution to Freedom Motors except for aircraft and ducted fans. Everytime Freedom Motors sells an engine Moller International (MLER) gets a cut!!
Freedom Motors agreement with Moller International (MLER) provides for a 5% royalty on engine sales and 30% of any revenue Freedom Motors receives from sub-license agreements it makes.
Freedom Motors has contracted with Moller International (MLER) to provide all engine development and now owes Moller International (MLER) approximately $4 million for these services
BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER:
Moller International (MLER) focusing on it's sky car production has already received orders with deposits for its Skycar 200 and Firefly volantors. The Skycar is capable of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) similar to a helicopter and flies from point of departure to destination much like an airplane. However, the Skycar has been designed to also travel at low speed for short distances on the ground like an automobile. It has fold-up wings which make it narrow enough to be usable on roadways. All this and, incredibly, it's easy to fly!
Neuera/Firefly volantors
There is an exception in the FAA rules for airplanes that weigh less than about 1400lbs. They are called Light Sport Aircraft (LSA). Moller International (MLER) plan to work with the FAA to create a category for powered lift aircraft which has the advantages of the LSA category. The Neuera/Firefly is a is particularly suitable for: Border Patrol, Search and Rescue and Utility Use or ATV replacement. Getting the Neuera/Firefly is now the priority, since it will talk the least amout of FAA Regs to jump over to get it certified.
Awesome share structure, as of February 19, 2015 there were 150M A/S and 69,379,796 shares of common stock outstanding meaning that when the share price rises it can rise quickly with the limited number of shares available!
Moller International (MLER) will eventually be uplisted to a senior exchange if it is not purchased by a bigger company which is highly likely! Currently MLER shares are trading around a penny, with it's new revenues and continued growth look for MLER to be trading in the multi dollar range within 12 months.
President and Chairman of the Board Dr. Moller has received 43 patents including the first U.S. patent on a fundamentally new form of powered lift aircraft
