I saw this news release a few days ago and googled the company, it closed a few years ago. Why no website for the company, someone said they posted a news release a few years ago, the same terrible
You misunderstand, Im only posting the truth, not telling you your foolish for this investment, and you talking about accomplishments that were 30 yrs ago. There has been no progress, no free flights of the prototype and again its been out for 30y ears now Your not refuting anything I am saying, Did the stock tank from $8.00 a share to subprime? Have they made any new advances on the proto type? Has it ever had a flight that was not tethered? Do they now have on board computer guidance systems? Have they even begun to tackle the FAA regulations that would even alow this thing to fly if it ever made it to production? If you want to get people on board back up those questions with facts. Im sorry friend, your carrying the water for an old prototype & Moller is no spring chicken, he came up with the idea years ahead of its time, unfortunately thats all he has done. I love the idea and felt about him as you do now back in the day, he just has not made any progress and lost alot of people their investments because of it, again $8.00 a share to where it is now.
No Progress? Anyone who does D&D will know that? NO ..Progress he build a flying craft (Ok 3) from NOTHING no off the shelf parts, no per writer computer programs, has a list of files PATs as long as your arm and a supercharged turbo motor he has not submitted, you have a FUNNY definition of "No progress"
But hey it is a free market sell as you will and I am sure you lot of other important things to do then hang out on a board of a dead company and tell everyone how foolish they are
Just look at the facts, 30yrs hes been peddling this thing, no progress, no flights without a tether, and no new innovations. Stock blew up from $8.00 a share to current values. If it quacks like a duck its a duck. Hey I love the concept, the prototype was ahead of its time 30yrs ago. Now its just gathering dust somewhere. Like I stated, selling an awesome dream, only reason this stock is still around. Anyone that does any D&D will tell you the same thing. There is a reason after 30yrs its still a OTC stock, because it tanked and went no where. I wish it was more than a dream, unfortunately thats where it is. Best to saddle up on another horse if flying cars are your forte, this one has been grounded for 30yrs. More than likely will end up a museum piece IMO
Moller has a "History" with A-life
You think moller would try to get a scooter company that is successful to integrate the rota motor in it.
You discount a LOT of hard pioneer from scratch work that was done. Moller is also the only company who is not mining the dry hole of Electric power to fly by. All that has happen or not happen was not done in a vacuum you have left out the back story
If they havent been filed, then they dont have the patent, I have been through the patent process and its expensive and takes years, the best short term patent you can get is a utility patent. Again, Moller is selling a dream, like I said before a dam good dream, there are so many hurdles to conquer even if they ever even got past the tethered version with the FAA, no one here is going to make any money here IMO. Moller has had 30yrs to get this right and its still a flop, it looks great in pictures but thats all they have, have never done any free flyin tests in 30yrs. This stock tanked bad from over $8.00 a share to current value. Trust me I love the idea and have followed it ever since I was young and seen the 60 mins report on it way back in the day. I wish it was a proven concept, I love the idea, unfortunately Moler has fallen flat. There are many other companies that have picked up this mantle and have moved beyond where Moler has stayed stagnant. If you buy any of this stock your buying into a 30yr old dream nothing more. IMO
There is a set of PATs that have not been filed yet, they delayed knowing it was going to be a while before they could be used
Those patents are very close to expiring
The same Alife that went out of business two years ago.
https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/end-of-the-road-for-home-grown-motorcycle
I'm sure that's why no contact information for Alife was listed in the press release.
Do they think people are stupid, and that no one is going to look up the fact that they signed an essentially identical deal five years ago with the same people that went nowhere?
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2014/01/07/600887/10063319/en/Freedom-Motors-Signs-Engine-Development-Agreement-with-Singapore-s-ALIFE-AIR-Automobiles.html
It's just as well they disabled comments on the blog...
Why the drop, great news, are you being funny with this time is different
So, according to latest blog entry, Freedom Motors signed a partnership agreement with Alife. AGAIN. I'm sure "this time is different...".
Patents can be worth billions or millions
We have patents
This stock is the first TESLA except at least tesla has cars in production, this stock was up around $8.00 at one time now look where its at, sold a dream not reality, still selling a dam good dream. Will never be reality for MLER, had 30 yrs to get it right, now that technology has caught up to the concept, the so called "Flying Car" will stay tethered to the crane LOL, if your looking for a flying car to invest in, just google it, there are many companies out there making leaps to the end objective.
I guess Moller will be making some money off his insurance claim
The stock is the next Tesla, never made no money and went from 20.00 to a few hundred dollars
Interesting if we hit 2 dollars
It is sad. Those prototypes is all that Moller International had.
Maybe someone did it, also why, the cars should be left at the office, poster said it is highly secured
Evidently, there was a fire at Paul Moller's ranch on Sunday.
https://www.mercurynews.com/2019/07/16/skycaps-paul-moller-destroyed-dix-on-fire/
According to the article, two prototype Skycars were destroyed in the fire.
There has been a post on the blog by David Sastry confirming the fire, The blog post states that there is a lot of inaccurate reporting in the articles about the fire, but does allow that "a few historical models of Dr. Moller’s vehicles were lost as well". There were no injuries, and Paul Moller's house is undamaged.
Yes, but as normal those who hate only pick and chose facts, the skycar was up for sale to fund the Neuera to completion and for advertising ... it did not sell so they had to find other ways to keep going
Is it true the prototype was up for sale 5,000,000
Need a rm with the tax losses, then we soar
I assume that you're asking why the planned flight demonstration in October 2011 was cancelled?
The officially stated reason (I'm not making this up) is that they were concerned that there were going to be so many people coming to see the demonstration that there wouldn't be suitable facilities to accommodate them. The demonstration was thus indefinitely postponed while a more suitable site for the demonstration was sorted out. (A bunch of sponsorship opportunities were also identified in the same press release).
No further demonstrations have subsequently occurred. Two years ago, Moller International tried to sell the Skycar prototype on ebay and highlighted that it was still in the configuration that it was in when it flew in 2003. These two facts make it pretty clear that the planned demonstration in 2011 was a sham, probably to attract investment.
Really they selling
The latest update from Freedom Motors is that there's no update. Today marks two months since there has been any update on the blog.
Last fall, they solicited $107,000 in funding. By their own figures, this funding must have run out some time ago. And what have they accomplished since? (Cue sound of crickets).
It's also been about two years since Freedom Motors said that they would have proof "within weeks" of how suitable the Rotapower engine would be for operating on sour biogas.
While we're on the subject of what was happening in years past -- Two years ago, they were trying (and failing) to sell the M400 prototype on eBay. Five years ago, they were in the middle of trying to sort out a deal with Thorntail Aviation. Six years ago, they were "within weeks" of starting a joint venture to produce Skycars in China. Eight years ago, they were in the run up to the much publicized demonstration flight of the Skycar (planned for October 2011) that was cancelled a few weeks before it was to occur. Ah, nostalgia.
I wonder how much money has the freedom brought in
Dr moller take her to dollars
Given that the stock has lost 99.9% of its original value, I'm sure that anyone who has owned it for more than a couple of years feels somewhat burned.
(Stock was $7.50/share some time in 2002, and is currently $0.0072/share, in case anyone wonders about the math).
Any posters who got burned on this stock
Maybe freedom sale brings in money for moller
Could make a good r m debt needs to me written off
Maybe they should roll in a flying car company, we have losses
Drones on the flying car would maybe work

*** TOP REASONS TO BUY MLER ***
The Rotapower® Engine
Moller International (MLER) has developed a lightweight cutting edge rotary engine technology, called Rotapower®. It is vibration free with twice the power and one third the weight and size of the engine it is replacing designed AND the company has developed for the first and only feasible, personally affordable, personal vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) vehicle the world has ever seen. (Flying cars called volanters the future is here!) It produces 3 Hp per each 1lbs
Moller International (MLER) has exclusively licensed its Rotapower® rotary engine production and distribution to Freedom Motors except for aircraft and ducted fans. Everytime Freedom Motors sells an engine Moller International (MLER) gets a cut!!
Freedom Motors agreement with Moller International (MLER) provides for a 5% royalty on engine sales and 30% of any revenue Freedom Motors receives from sub-license agreements it makes.
Freedom Motors has contracted with Moller International (MLER) to provide all engine development and now owes Moller International (MLER) approximately $4 million for these services
BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER:
Moller International (MLER) focusing on it's sky car production has already received orders with deposits for its Skycar 200 and Firefly volantors. The Skycar is capable of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) similar to a helicopter and flies from point of departure to destination much like an airplane. However, the Skycar has been designed to also travel at low speed for short distances on the ground like an automobile. It has fold-up wings which make it narrow enough to be usable on roadways. All this and, incredibly, it's easy to fly!
Neuera/Firefly volantors
There is an exception in the FAA rules for airplanes that weigh less than about 1400lbs. They are called Light Sport Aircraft (LSA). Moller International (MLER) plan to work with the FAA to create a category for powered lift aircraft which has the advantages of the LSA category. The Neuera/Firefly is a is particularly suitable for: Border Patrol, Search and Rescue and Utility Use or ATV replacement. Getting the Neuera/Firefly is now the priority, since it will talk the least amout of FAA Regs to jump over to get it certified.
Awesome share structure, as of February 19, 2015 there were 150M A/S and 69,379,796 shares of common stock outstanding meaning that when the share price rises it can rise quickly with the limited number of shares available!
Moller International (MLER) will eventually be uplisted to a senior exchange if it is not purchased by a bigger company which is highly likely! Currently MLER shares are trading around a penny, with it's new revenues and continued growth look for MLER to be trading in the multi dollar range within 12 months.
President and Chairman of the Board Dr. Moller has received 43 patents including the first U.S. patent on a fundamentally new form of powered lift aircraft
