Schwab has been doing updates recently. The 999,999 limit has been removed. I don't know what the limit is but it let's me go above that now.

Thought the 999999 limit was the problem, so tried 999999 and got the same rejection.

Schwab is the worst! You prob trying to place an order over 999,999 shares? Their outdated platforms don't accept 7 digit trades, and when you call them they may try to charge you $25 to place your order for you, don't let them gouge you!
