There is a group of shareholders that hold many shares and they are in fact bringing legal action. You are right about Jay Lee, he is gone.

The Lee's specifically Jay Lee has NO control of this company it is my opinion that Jay has actually stolen the assets (customers) of the company through his subsidiary Midas Execution Services. I wouldn't be surprised to see legal action against Jay Lee on behalf of the shareholders for the past due revenues and compensation with triple damages, it is my humble opinion that he has in effect defrauded the MIDS shareholders

From what I have learned, Echinweiler is gone and 1 of the Lee brothers controls the company.
They are based in Chicago and they clear trades for stocks and commodities.

Hi All,

I noticed MIDS has had some activity lately, this company has been dormant for a few years.

I have owned this stock for near 10 years, in and out a couple of times, but still in a ton. MIDS did hit $7.50 at one time, and has been said here the stock is VERY thin any good news and the sky is the limit.

I am sure you know at one time this company was supposed to be the next big innovation in stock trading from China to America thru a platform called GDAN, at the time all the rage, hence $7.50.

The CEO a Brad Eckinweiler promised all sorts of things, but it never came to fruition.

I guess now new owners, directors maybe we will see something good come out of this afterall.
