They clearly have a direction and they always have. Sell stock, sell more stock, pay mortgage, buy lambo, sell more stock, buy wife new mink coat, sell stock, buy sailboat, sell stock, sell more stock. This is their direction.
This is the kind of sh-- that needs to be regulated more by the SEC. Complete lies and they belong in jail
This is a fake company headed to $1. I'm out of this POS and will take my losses before they take it all. What a POS
After listening to Charmin yesterday. He has no direction for future direction. He promises shareholder consideration of upward hope but I heard someone who has no DIRECTION. Total Bull—it. They should fire his ass immediately. No confidence in this man
The scam was exposed months ago. Most already were warned that this is a fake company that sells nothing and is always "developing " something. But that something never seems to materialize. I only bought back in because I thought someone proves me wrong which was why the price was rising. Have no idea how this went to $29 two days s ago.
It’s absolutely a pump and dump was .24 last year. Anyone buying at these levels is begging for trouble. It’s been a great short though
As I said before earlier this week, its a Pump and Dump Scam stock. I am convinced now my suspicion was correct. My sympathy to the shareholders. You believed and got caught up in the scam. Expensive lesson for you guys, hopefully you will not repeat this mistake in the future.
GLTA

Too many sells after hours. Looks like it will close at $10.00. Sorry
Lol $500,000 sales on $3B market cap ouch
I do not think so. I think it hits $12.00 at 7:59 tonight
B S hypesters Only reason
Maybe the AH bloodbath stops. Time will tell
What recently took it to $29?
Stop with short squeeze. Doesn’t exist
Dropping every minute as these board members are talking about losing money
I guess not. Lol
We may trade GREEN in the AH today?? One is trading 8x the PPS with a much lager share structure. Don’t under estimate the power of the short squeeze. IMO
Not gonna happen. No buyers. Scam. Pump and dump.
GME saved $255.6 45%ish on their net loss compared to previous year. MVIS added over 25% more. At least GME produces big money.. MVIS lost a hundred thousand dollars... and only brought in 500k
Here are GME trading at $176 last quarter report..
Net loss of ($215.3) million, or ($3.31) per diluted share compared to net loss of ($470.9) million, or ($5.38) per diluted share in the prior fiscal year. Adjusted net loss of ($138.8) million or ($2.14) per diluted share compared to adjusted net income of $19.1 million or $0.22 per diluted share in fiscal 2019, and;
The trap is set? Shorts are pounding this. Shall we say squeeze #2? Last squeeze the PPS ran to $29. Maybe this one will run to $40 plus? Ya never know!!
Even worse than expected. Keeps this up will make 2 Mil this year VS. 3ish Bil Market Cap........ In addition 25% more net loss than previous year.
"Revenue for the first quarter of 2021 was $0.5 million, compared to $1.5 million for the first quarter of 2020. MicroVision's net loss for the first quarter of 2021 was $6.2 million, or $0.04 per share, compared to a net loss of $4.9 million."
Ask Microsoft why they spent 23 billion for an order for US Army. Hello. Are you alive?
Estimated $0.6 mil Q1 - 59% yr/yr decrease - 2 analysts
Current price and now revs going down that's a big drop 5.3 mil to 3 mil.
3 mil in revs with them spending uncontrollably with a 3 bil market cap is laughable imho maybe 200 mil mc and that's being very lenient financially and technically imo
It actually ran to almost $29.
And adjusted for the R/S it did, the stock hit a high of $131 in 1999.
Back then, big things were expected from MVIS. Revs went from $29,000 in '95 to $6,903,000 in '99.
Last year's revs were just $3,090,000 down from $5,345,000 in 2019.
It's been a bumpy ride.
Agreed RSI monthly still over 94. I would love to know whats so good about this company to run from $0.13 to $18
I would not be surprised to see it trade at $10 today. since I am an old disgruntled investor???
So tell me people why is this stock down now more than 20%? If I am a newbie who has not done his DD?
not really. losers are those bag holders trapped in this thing. I got stopped out of this thing when it did $10+- in one day. Typical of P& D stock.
It’s actually up right now.
Any company that goes from $.32 to $31 in one year must have an explosive money making product or has done a reverse split. MVIS has neither of these happen. So their revenue is really poor and thus does not justify such inflated prices unless you are talking about a short Squeeze which is not happening either. The only conclusion is that daytraders are pumping and dumping these shares that is why we see 30% to 40% up and down movements. This stock is totally unreliable for long term hold and leans towards being a SCAM as I posted before. This is no Tesla Co. and they have been in business for 20 years accomplishing very little. All they have now is big talk with their lazor technology and no financial deals for their so called products. That is why its a scam.
Thanks for the feedback.
GLTY.

AH dropping big. Really big
What a sell off on Mvis. Was $25.00. M M s should be imprisoned
I already have sell orders layered in that range, so I can't fault you for that. I have 5% set to sell at $32ish, 10% at 35ish, 10% at $38ish, 20% each at $41/45/50 and the rest are not committed yet. That might get adjusted based on what we hear on the call tomorrow, but I believe I will come out well and free up funds to take advantage of some other opportunities that are shaping up.
Anyone chasing past $35 has a good chance of getting burned, but anything under $20 has decent upside potential for those who have a bit of patience.
I'd love to see that as I would profit dramatically, but it is unlikely for a few reasons. First, MicroVision is not a household name like GameStop or AMC Theaters. Second, the fundamentals don't even come close to being able to support that over the next 5 years -- AMC was a stretch, but a lot better case than MVIS, GME was a lot of young investors chasing and a lot of them got burned badly. MVIS has more long term institutional holdings and long term large retail holders.
Chart suggests $38 is possible over the next weeks, not in the next few days. Some other milestones that didn't seem likely were also highlighted by the charts and a surprising number of them happened pretty close to when they chart indicated. Not sure if this highlights the algorithm driven nature of the markets today or something else, but it is interesting to see.
I’m selling between 30-50. End of story. Have a great day. Thanks for all your informative info
I think the scam here is whoever told you that you will get rich overnight.
Howard's 1200% gains over a year are phenomenal no matter how you look at it. That he had the patience to realize those gains speaks more to his intelligence and discipline than this being a scam or not.
Don't have to beat them, just not give in to them. At some point fundamentals will catch up to speculation, or a M&A deal will get done.
M&A deal realistically looks like it would come in between $5.5 and about $8b ($35-52/share). Target share price over the next few year as a going concern is mid-$20's based on information we have.
To me that says that anything below $12 is a strong buy with a 100%+ upside over the next couple years, and we've seen that backed up by institutional buying and strong support between the $10.20 and $11 range. Once you get to the mid-$20's you've depleted most of your upside on the low end of the range. Still worth holding, but harder to justify adding to your position. As you approach $30 you are above the value projections for going concern over the next few years, so it comes down to how confident you are in a M&A deal getting done and what you think that timeline looks like. This is where you need to factor in opportunity and time costs to determine if you should hold or sell (or buy if a deal is looking likely and imminent).
Stockman -- How are bad decisions on your part a scam? Based on those prices, you were chasing rather than looking at the chart, news or fundamentals. That is like blaming your mechanic for you getting drunk and crashing your Yugo.
There are a lot of people who have done a great deal of research and know that this company leads in laser beam scanning technology and have adapted their technology so it is relevant to several market segments that are starting to get hot -- automotive LiDAR (think autonomous driving and advanced safety assist features), near eye display (confirmed to be used in Microsoft's very successful HoloLens2 platform which is also the basis of their IVAS platform for the military), pico projection (used in stand alone projectors and integrated into cell phones), and interactive display (pico projection that you can interact with because of a lower end consumer LiDAR system).
Based on market projections, automotive LiDAR alone should drive a mid-$20 stock value sometime in 2022. Microsoft using MVIS tech in a $22billion military contract will surely contribute to the bottom line as well. That is if they don't get a deal done and end up making a go of it on their own. A deal for less than about $5.5b is unlikely -- below that and they are probably better off as a going concern. Harder to pin down an realistic upper end to the deal range because the markets they are relevant to are still developing rapidly, but if you compare them to companies like Luminar who compete in the automotive LiDAR space, it isn't unreasonable to think that with better specs and cost of manufacturing that MVIS wouldn't enjoy a similar valuation at around $8b. That gives us a realistic if conservative range of $35-52/share for a M&A deal should one get done.
ANYONE telling you that this company is worthless has an agenda -- probably to drive value down to cover their short position, or buy your shares cheap for a long position.
