By the looks of it, you probably have time. I'm waiting this one out, since today's PR verified what management told me a few weeks back, in that they are continually increasing the customer base.

It's obvious their 1 year comparisons are vastly different, and I doubt it's just a fluke. WiMax ready is the where it's at these days.

As a side note, and somewhat off the record, NXPW is working towards being a $300M-$500M company...or so I was told. Perhaps many years down the road, but then, that's what investing is all about.

From what I see, low o/s, low float, low dilution, and a low pps in a growing hot sector, fits my criteria for wise investing. Too bad others don't see it that way. They'd rather buy POS with billions of shares, sweet sounding fluff PR, and no verified income. Go figure!

That's good to hear. We need more people that are more experienced in this sector, on this board. I cannot say that I am, myself, but I know enough that communication technologies are moving/growing by leaps and bounds.

Finding low o/s penny plays in this area is not easy, and though it's unlikely NXPW will shoot to .50 in the next week or two, worrying about it falling back is not a concern either.

If it does, well, seize the moment while it lasts.

I spoke with Steve Young recently and asked what their approx. yearly rev. is, estimating by present business. His reply was $1.6M, and growing.

Now, this would be considering contracts, etc., that they have now, but may not have had 6 months ago.

In other words (from my understanding), if all contracts/business stayed as it is today, $1.6M could be expected after one year. He would not have honestly been able to say that 6 mo. ago.

So, if 6 mo. ago, a yr avg. rev. was estimated, it may have only been $.5M at the time, basing on current contracts/accounts.

Avg'ing this out is how I come to this basis, so as not to expect more than what is reasonable.

Nonetheless, if 6 mo. ago, they were only at $.5M, and 6 mo. later, they are at $1.6M, it doesn't take a genius to see that NXPW is an excellent buy and hold, for those who like to walk away from their investments without worrying about it diving.

Of course, I base my opinions and conclusions on low dilution, which, although there has been some over the last year (and I am hoping when I say this), managements seems to manage dilution rather well.

I hear they have a few PRs in the wings. One was due yesterday, but the CEO had an emergency he had to attend to. I think NXPW has bottomed for the last time, and the reaction this week so far, to the buyin PR, kinda confirms it.

Speaking with an insider, the company's goal is to become a $400M-$500M company, by keeping ahead of technology and whatnot.

Granted, that's a pretty far goal, with a present MC of under $4M, and shorting closing out, I think we have a pretty safe investment here with a nice upside potential.

Plus, the low o/s and float makes NXPW look VERY attractive. Their dilution rate seems to be pretty reasonable, also.

I'm trying to keep it a little under the radar until I can load up, but if news comes before that happens, my loss.

Company Expects $2 Million Increase in Annual Revenues as It Further Expands Portfolio and Reach With Acquisition of Leading Regional Business-Class ISP


ANAHEIM, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 12, 2006 -- NextPhase Wireless (OTC BB:NXPW.OB - News), a next-generation connectivity company that specializes in integrated Internet, voice and data communication solutions, today announced that it has closed the acquisition of Atlanta-based SpeedFactory announced in a release dated March 29th, 2006.


As stated in an 8-K filing on April 11, 2006, SpeedFactory, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NextPhase Wireless, Inc., acquired all of Synkronus, Inc.'s assets, excluding cash, pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated March 29, 2006 between SpeedFactory and Synkronus. The assets acquired by SpeedFactory comprise Synkronus' Internet service and connectivity business operated by Synkronus under the name "SpeedFactory." SpeedFactory paid $1,500,000 in cash for the assets at closing and did not assume any pre-closing liabilities from Synkronus.
