Management is not working for the shareholders.

If I invested based upon my emotions I would have dropped out of the market a long time ago.
Do your due diligence and make your own risk assessment.
For me I’m sticking with MMAT because I believe in the technology.
Some of those taking short positions are doing fairly well right now and I congratulate you on your success.
However, I’m convinced that the patient investor will be rewarded when the analyst recognize the value of the meta materials products and the balance sheet reflects increasing sales.

I agree that things are not looking great right now as per the PPS, but it doesn’t align with actions of the company. They are doing a lot to build future value.
I know some of the investors are unhappy with the reverse split and the dividend.
However, that is not justification to spread false information with malicious intent. I don’t expect the absentee SEC to do anything but it’s still illegal to spread false information.

I would agree with you if you were speaking from the Q3 2021 revenue numbers of $198, 175. However Q3 2021, total revenue grew 189%, to $572,612.
I would not characterize that as no growth.
Keep in mind this company is still in the development stage.
I understand that there are some very motivated short traders betting against the stock, we’ll that’s their right. But I think they will find themselves on the wrong side of history as this grows into a multibillion dollar enterprise.
