I agree that things are not looking great right now as per the PPS, but it doesn’t align with actions of the company. They are doing a lot to build future value.
I know some of the investors are unhappy with the reverse split and the dividend.
However, that is not justification to spread false information with malicious intent. I don’t expect the absentee SEC to do anything but it’s still illegal to spread false information.
