I don't think they did it yet. it's going to merge in when they fkgou starts US IPO process. The IPO processs will start in 2018

That means that in the end they went ahead and bought it.

CEHD looks like Oct 2018 is the planned US IPO date for fkgou.com. As the shell owned by the same founder Mr Hailong Liu, CEHD is the shell that fkgou.com will take for the merger/uplist. I am expecting the following things to happen one by one in 2018.
1. NVSOS get reinstated before Summer
2. Bring all OTC filings uptodate.
3. 8k to acquire fkgou.com
4. Symbol change
5. Price hike to above $4 and held through 90 days before listing to Nasdaq; this needs to happen before July to meet the target date of Oct 2018.

As well as being open minded about CEHD

IMO nothing wrong at all about being realistic about CEHD. Especially given the signs that were there. Like the lack of communication at key times.


Also....Letter of Intent? Can't this be viewed at times as time buying? Why didn't CEHD just await and announced a contract/deal was done?

And they are not going to be as transparent as before.....? Uh why?

Anyway I'd been watching this closely last week when I saw the ADX improving. The green line (DI+) getting close to passing red (DI-) often when this happens an upward move is about to occur. This happened at .0166. The ADX hasn't been to keen on this stock in 2015 but the DI+(green) is now well above the DI- (red) for one of the first in 2015 & not just above but way above & likely to stay there. I consider this a good sign.

An example for this stocks chart of this being a good sign would be Sept 2014 the .027-0271 period you had the DI+(green) above. Even though there was a lack of major volume during this period you had a explosive rise on Oct 1st as well as the sustained rise that began Nov 12th.

Anyway we went down on extreme low volume the month of May only saw 4,136 shares traded. There really hasn't been any panic. Hopefully we will get some news soon because to me the chart looks primed.

They mention about how the new reg's are causing some slow downs in buss. progress, but that it will pass and things will pick up again!

Now BABA may do more in the Financing area and that could cause them to take and interest an maybe even a portion investment in some small companies such as CEHD! Now THAT would hit like a BOMB shell!! But right now it is just a " Hope"; and a small one at that!

But I believe that with Mr. Hailing that progress will come!
