Describing versus actually Executing.....

I think that they described their intent both in the " busy Bee " PR and in the Conference call.

How long ago was the Conference Call? :(

Just thinking why the need for a Letter of Intent? How come CEHD just didn't announce an actual contract after it was signed?


Why so long to submit their filings?

And as I have often said, I made my decision to hold this issue until the matter of their future is fully resolved. I shall do so. It may take awhile, but the Worm will turn!

I guess the SEC couldn't wait forever....and has slapped a SEC Delinquent filer tag on CEHD
